In meetings, most of the other participants' photos are displayed. Mine shows an image that I may have chosen in the past (I don't remember), but it definitely is not a photo of me. or anyone else. How can I set it to display either: a. My face that is being picked up real-time by my webcam. Thanks for you help,
b. A photo of my choosing. (I'd just use a selfie).

Hello, I've been running a Zoom Workplace Pro account for a few years. We wanted more features that the "Webinar" upgrade gives, and I purchased that add-on. However, when I start a webinar, there is no "Host Tools" button down on the meetings control toolbar, like the "Host Tools" button that is available when I host a Meeting. Help! I need some of the security options like preventing attendees from turning on their camera.

Currently, when participants are inside breakout rooms, there is no notification sound when someone new joins the room. We would like to suggest the implementation of an entry notification a sound or tone that is heard by all participants within the breakout room whenever another collaborator enters.
This feature would be extremely helpful for our team dynamics, ensuring that everyone is aware when a new person joins the conversation.
Thank you for considering this suggestion to improve the user experience in Zoom.
Best regards,

I've developed a recent issue when I attempt to screen share: my zoom interface freezes while screen sharing or as soon as I stop screen sharing (people on the other end can still hear me, but I can't click on the interface or write in chat, and the interface often looks distorted). The only way to resolve the issue is to use my task manager to quit out of zoom then to go back to the meeting (which I am hosting) to re-enter. This is a big problem, because I am using zoom to instruct college students. I have been using this computer with zoom for over a year, and this is a new issue, so I don't think it's because my hardware is insufficient. My computer is using the windows 10 home edition 64 bit OS. My processor is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz, and my video card is an NVIDIA GeForce 1070Ti. My ISP is Xfinity with over 450 Mbps download speed and 12 Mbps upload speed.

I can see the Virtual Background App when the Zoom meeting is on, but when I select a virtual background or the Blur background, I see an error dialog saying, "An error occurred." Here are some of the specs on the Lenovo Tab P11 (2nd Gen): CPU : MediaTek Helio G99, Octa core 2 x A76 2.2GHz + 6 x A55 2.0GHz RAM : 4GB Front Camera : 8 Megapixel Android OS : 13 Anyone has any clue? Thanks.

Zoom is very good at taking my money, but poor when I need help. I hold an account with Zoom and I am continually told that I must upgrade to 5.3 or something similar to continue using after the 4th August. I have tried to contact the Support Centre, but have be told by the chatbot that I must wait for the Agent. Life is too short to wait for the only agent employed by Zoom to help me. The articles provided on related topics tell me absolutely everything except what I really need to know! Is Zoom serious about customer support or would I be better cancelling my subscription and going elsewhere where I can talk to a human being? I am sorry write such a rude email, but I feel it is the only way to make Zoom take notice of me. Thank you.

const joinMeetingResult = await ZoomUs.joinMeeting({

Hello! My manager and I both create meetings and add each other as alternative hosts. We both need access to the registration reports and usage reports. How can we both access these reports? For meetings that I create, am I the only one who can pull the registration and/or usage? Is it possible for me to pull reports from meetings my manager creates if I'm an alternative host? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
