Hi, Particpants in my meeting see black boxes where I see Zoom pop ups (eg: particpant's videos, share screen bar on top of the page, etc). I tried using seetings to unselect 'optimise video' options etc. Please assist on how to resolve the same.

Hello. I want to arrange an Large Meeting up to 500 people for one of my accounts. How do I specify which account to apply this to
I would like to be able to use a tablet with pen/stylus, which mirrors the boardroom zoom screen. I am an architect and would like to be able to draw with a pen/stylus (eg ipad pro) on whatever image or drawing or powerpoint is being displayed on the meeting. ideally this would be a 2 way process with the person on other side of zoom call being able to collaborate on the drawing. Any suggestions out there?

Hello! I'm organizing a team bonding activity for our next office meeting. I was hoping to use the Dive app so that we could kick-start the meeting with a Zoom game. However, I don't know whether I need to have everyone install the Dive app first before the meeting or if only the meeting organizer needs to have it installed on their Zoom. Would anyone be able to clarify this? Thanks so much!

Currently having issues with my microphone, receiving audio into Zoom that came via Virtual Audio Cable, but only when sharing something with sound enabled. The mic works just fine when not sharing. It also works fine if I do not use a Virtual Audio Cable / OBS Studio. Unfortunately, I need the OBS and Virtual Cable to add exciting effects for my classes -- running Zoom just plain-jane is workable, but not the end goal. I will note that my entire set-up works just fine on another computer at home, and has for a year. See video here, and pay attention to what happens when I share: I think the recent Window update may have messed things up with my virtual audio cable and how Zoom "hears" it, but only while I share? This problem does NOT happen if I simply go directly from my mic into Zoom. It only happens when I route through a VB Cable (or Voicemeeter Banana). All diagnostics for the VB audio products are clean, with OK driver test results.

Currently, my setup is a behringer mixer with mic into the computer via USB. I am feeding that directly into OBS Studio. I send that out via VB Audio Cable A Input, then use the VB Audio Cable A Output into Zoom's Mic. Zoom's Output is to my headphones. (Note: I've used other programs, like VoiceMeeter Banana to feed the audio, and same echo problem occurs in share, so it's not an OBS settings problem).
So I'm at my wits end as to why I am getting echo when sharing? I'm running the same set-up on a different computer at home, and no problems.
This problem situation is happening on a Windows 10 21H2 updated Asus notebook.

I have an issue where the meeting host defaults to users personal email address. It should be his work email. I cant find a way to change it. Thank you.
So, I've invited a colleague to co-teach a writing workshop I have been offering for a few years. We've decided to divide the class into two halves. Each Group (A & B) will spend the first 2 hours of every 2.5 hour session in a unique Zoom meeting led by one of the two of us. Then for the last 30 min. we all gather as one whole group in one shared meeting. I've purchased one additional license to allow for two meetings under the umbrella of RolandTec.com to occur (and record video to the cloud) simultaneously. So, I'm thinking I will set up Group B using the second licensed user i've set up under my account. Then have my co-teacher use my HOST KEY to assume hosting privileges each time she joins this meeting. But I'm afraid I may be either missing a step or over-complicating this. Anyone have experience with needing to have two meetings on at the same time?
