They say that when they lower the volume they can't turn it down to 100% so it sounds soft and they want to turn it off completely. How can you turn the volume off completely on a cell phone? Hello! Hope someone can helpt me!

 

I make my Education lessions with ATEM Mini Pro und Zoom als Client Software.

 

After the Update, I have some troubles:

 

1.) I need a high video quality, fast internet is availible.
Before the Update, I used the document camera for the highest quality
After update, the Share-Button with Dokument Camera hast gone.  

2.) I have 3 monitor.  1. Teleprompter   2. Main screen with working tools   3. Presentation Screen, which will be streamed.

Now i musst choose one of the the 3 screens.   I only want to share the Out-Signal from my Video Switcher ATEM Mini Pro.  

How can I bring it to work like before this awful Update.     I don t need this nick-nack, zoom offers now.

My main wish is a high quality resolution

Hi Everyone!

My zoom meetings have started to freeze, throw me out of the meeting and then re-process and having me rejoin and other party as well.  I'm setting up the meetings myself using my account.

I've tried conducing zoom meetings in several locations using different internet providers and it is still occurring.

Does anyone have any advice?

ビデオオンにするとアプリが落ちてしまう

Androidタブレット(Lenovo Tab B10 (3rd Gen) )
wifi接続でzoomミーティングしているとき、自分がビデオオンだと5分ほどで勝手にアプリが落ちてしまいます。
その時立ち上がっているアプリはzoomとSafariだけです。

アプリの不具合なのか、タブレットの不具合かわかりません。どうしたら落ちずに済みますか?

Participants not showing correctly at Usage Report

I am looking at the meeting usage report and only one meeting is showing with 22 participants, all others with only one, even though that most meetings had between 20 and 100 participants. What is going wrong here?

Each month I need to set up a Zoom link and passcode for next month's meetings. Our group meets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The times for the Tuesday meetings stay the same for the month. The times for the Thursday meetings stay the same for the entire month, but are not the same as for the other days. Finally, the times for the Wednesday meetings stay the same for the month, but differ from the other times.

 

I think that the way to set this up has changed once or twice over the past year and it is confusing and not apparent. Can someone give me a step-by-step guide to accomplish this task using the current Zoom interface?

 

It will be much appreciated.

It goes on and on. The text transcription includes all sorts of F-bombs and other strange things, none of which corresponds to the audio I hear.

 

Has anyone else run into this issue before?

Hi, I am running a weekly series of sessions which involves screen sharing a video. The second session last night had issues where some participants had shadow blocks on their screens, and were also aware if my mouse pointer moved. This did not happen the first week. I tried ticking and unticking the Optimise for video check box which did not seem to help. Any ideas?

I have a Pro account.  I have set the recording settings to record both gallery and speaker views separately, so that I can share only speaker view (for privacy).  But the recording today was only gallery, which is useless.  I can't see any reason why the speaker view wasn't recorded, especially as this has worked in the past.

I have been stuck on Blur (not the normal blur either, just a lesser version of blur) for over a month now and can not just go back to 'None' and a clear live background. This is happening on my Samsung Galaxy 23+ phone, have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom app multiple times to no avail. Works fine on my desktop Zoom app. I am a paying Pro customer and not receiving much support. Anyone know what is going on here?
