I use has an option to give remote control, but for some reason, it's not appearing as an option. Yes, in my settings I have toggled ON remote control. I'm using a desktop Windows computer, I'm running Zoom 5.8 and it's still not working. I do have the free version, has Zoom made anything changes I'm not aware of? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My team and I joined a meeting hosted by our manager, but the host didn't show up. When we requested to record, nothing happened, and no one saw the request. Does anyone know how to record when the host isn't present? Are there any settings we can adjust?

Just recently when I start a zoom meeting a constant buzzing goes to the speakers. As soon as the meeting stops the buzzing stops. No other program on the pc does this. I am using windows 11 and zoom 6.4.6. The audio does not get heard by the participants on zoom but it is heard live. Right now the sound is sent from the pc into a mixer and out to speakers throughout the building. Even when the computer sound is all the way off there is still a buzzing. We have tried sound setting in zoom, new cables, a new sound card and updating drivers. Again the sound is just fine until the zoom meeting starts when the buzzing starts and ends when the zoom meeting ends, Not when zoom opens only when the meeting starts.

When I'm scheduling a call and try to add "invitees", neither the desktop or iPhone Zoom app recognize the names of people that are already in my contacts. So, I have to manually cut-n-paste their email addresses into the mtg invitation one at a time. 

I need Zoom to access my iPhone contacts and automatically insert their email address into the scheduler. 

Any how-to guidance appreciated... thanks.

I had a Pro Plan Zoom account and have been using it for several years.  A couple of weeks ago, my Meeting tab went blank and I can no longer schedule meetings.  If I go through the home tab and click on schedule, I just get the waiting roundabout and it never ends in being able to schedule a meeting.  I was 1 week from the new month, so I cancelled my subscription and moved to Teams.  I don't want to keep using Teams, I like and know Zoom better, but I can't use it if I can't schedule meetings and I am worried if I restart paying for Pro, I still won't be able to access my meetings tab so it will be a total waste of money.  Does anyone know what has happened to my meeting tab and how to get it back?

For the past month, whenever I join a meeting, one participant's screen shakes.  I have completed updates, restarted my computer, logged in and out of my account, and yet one person will have a shakey video screen.  I noticed it is usually in the upper left corner of the screen (when it is more than one person). It is completely distracting and a bit visually overwhelming.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

We recently upgraded our Zoom account to allow us to have the Q&A box function. This has worked for new meetings but isnt possible for any meetings we already had scheduled in the account. Does anyone know how to add this in. The only reason we paid to upgrade was to use it for an upcoming meeting that we already had booked in.

I have a script on my computer that lets me toggle the default windows Communication Device when I press a key.  This works fine in Discord; pressing the key switches call audio output between the two devices, because Discord is set to output to whatever the windows default Communication Device is.

However, on Zoom, there's no option to use the default windows Communication Device, only the default Speakers, so there's no way to automate changing Zoom's output without also changing my whole computer's default audio output.   How can I tell Zoom to output to whatever is set as the Communication Device, the way Discord does?
