DISCONNECT PASSCODE?

hey guys. I have been using zoom like most of you for years! I have always had a waiting room which is fine... but over the past few weeks, suddenly, all my clients via my CRM need a passcode to get in. 

 

I have gone into my settings and disabled "passcode" but it is still requiring people to come in with a passcode, and no waiting room... despite waiting room being enabled. please help?

I use a waiting room.
Here are the screenshots that helped set up my latest training room.

Everyone will go into the waiting room.

Turned off everything that even mentioned a Passcode.

I think switching off that Room Meeting ID Passcode was the key - along with Waiting Room.
