Virtual background not loading

I have been able to use virtual backgrounds without green screen until I updated zoom. All virtual backgrounds are gone. They will not reload. Does anyone know why? Tool is no good without this feature as I zoom on laptop from multiple locations.

Hi, I hosted and recorded a meeting and when I try and watch the video (using Mac) it tells me to convert it but when I click to convert it nothing happens. I can see the file in my finer but clicking on it does nothing. What am I doing wrong? Thanks...
