Not staying logged in
Ever since the last update a couple of days ago, I am having to manually log in on every device every time I use the app. How do I configure settings so I can stay logged on, or log in automatically?

After enabling live close captions, the options to save the live transcript don't appear on the iPad. Instead a pop-window comes up that is non-responsive. It was an important interview I needed transcribed. Attempted to scroll up crashed the app. Is there anyway I can recover this transcript? Did it save anywhere?

Please help, I recorded my meeting to be delivered to my computer as usual. My computer froze and I had to shut it down, only to discover my recording was lost! I can't get through to support. Was on hold for 45 min. and still nothing. How can I retrieve it? In my time machine I can see it there but it will not open.

Hola, mi hijo tiene un problema con un docente que uso una reunion de zoom gratuita para ver a los estudiantes mientras ellos rendian el examen en un dispositivo hizo que abran la reunion de zoom y por otro tenian que conectarse a la plataforma, el examen lo rindio el 4 de enero ese dia presento problemas de conexion y zoom lo expulso de la reunion, volvio a conectarse pero eran mas de 60 estudiante rindiendo el examen, no se muestra en la pantalla principal de la grabacion su imagen en los 34 minutos restantes de la sesion de zoom, la docente asume que nunca se volvio a conectar ya que no aparece su imagen en la reunion, al ser una sesion gratuita no se puede descargar el reporte, ahora esta solicitando que pierda que le pasen 0 al promedio total de su materia y con esto pierde el semestre en esta materia, que puedo hacer tengo el ID de la reunion y el la clave

How do I save a shared recording to my iPad? Also, is it possible to view the saved recording once the link has expired?
Please help! When trying to pull usage reports post meeting I see asterisk instead names and email addresses. How can I fix this please?
I've had this issue for a while, but it's starting to become a distraction. When I share my screen via Zoom, if someone comes into the waiting room or hands are being raised, it shows black on the recipients' screen and block the content on the screen even if it's a video. There doesn't seem to be a way to disable these notification or have them appear on dual screen. Any thoughts on how to disable the notification or an alternative? I'm on a Mac computer and using 5.9.1 (3506). This feature that I referring to was introduced August 4, 2020 version 5.2.0 (42625.0804) under the "Improved Waiting Room notifications" section.

In normal zoom meetings, when I get a in-meeting chat, i get a pop up of the preview of the message. I don't want the pop and the message count above the chat options. As a participant of the meeting, is there any ways to achieve this?
Hello, We are experiencing an issue where sometimes when we record a Zoom call, the recording ends up just being 1 person's screen, and not side by side, or Active Speaker. It's not Active Speaker, because it doesn't switch back and forth. It just stays on 1 person the whole time, and we can just hear the other person speaking. When it works correctly, the recording ends up being in Gallery view, where we can see both people's screens in the recording, side by side. That's what we want every time, but sometimes, and I don't know why, the recording ends up being just 1 person, usually the guest, and that's all you can see for the whole recording. Any reason why? Is it a setting? Or am I missing something? Thanks!

A user in a meeting tried to claim Host and they were prompted to login and after doing so they were given an "invalid code" error. I had to enter and claim Host with the same key and it worked for me and I was able to pass host to the other user. Is this a setting I can change or does something else needs to be address?
