How host can be a participant to enter break out rooms

I wAS hosting a meeting.  Because I was host, I wasn't listed as a participant and zoom didn't let me join the breakout room.  What should I do to be able to join each breakout room to be sure groups are doing ok?

After the rooms are opened, the host should be able to hover their pointer over the room and click Join. That will have them join that breakout room. Repeat the same process to join other rooms.
