We've upgraded our sdk to version 2.0.1 and this is the error it shows for the gallery view in spite of us using the latest version of chrome. Would you know how we can work around this and make the gallery view work within the zoom sdk?

 

'Update your browser to the latest version of Chrome and SAB support to use Speaker/Gallery view.'

My Account Profile--it lists my client's name rather than my own

Help! I signed in to my account (basic plan) using my email & password. And when I click the "Account Profile," tab, it lists a client's information. But, when I click on "Profile," my own information is there. I did not take steps to link my account... Show more

Help!   I signed in to my account (basic plan) using my email & password.  

And when I click the  "Account Profile,"  tab, it lists a client's information. 

But, when I click on "Profile,"  my own information is there.

I did not take steps to link my account with any other Zoom account.

 

Thank you in advance for any insight.

Display 15.6inch (16:9) FHD (1920x1080) 144Hz Anti-Glare IPS
When i do share screen on zoom, my display start flickering. How do i fix this? i already uncheck the hardware accel or change the gpu

Hi. I was trying to share a slideshow today on Adobe Bridge. The bridge desktop was visible, but when I tried to start the slideshow, I got the message that I couldn't share, I needed to bring the window to the foreground. I could see it fine on my desktop. I'm sure it was something easy I was missing...I was not the host, using Zoom 5.7.6 for Mac. Thanks!

In the last month or so, my video on Zoom meetings just stopped working on my MacBook Pro 2018 15-inch running Monterey 12.1. Prior to that it worked fine. None of the trouble shooting steps seem to help. I only have the single built-in FaceTime camera on this device. The camera light is green, and I have set video on the Zoom app to be on. Out of ideas.

Microphone's audio is garbled and faint. Audio for listening is fine. (Laptop)

I have a new laptop with similar specs as my old laptop. Both Win.7. Both Lenovo Thinkpad (SL510, new T530)Use Zoom Basic on both. My general audio is working fine on other Internet sites (youtube, etc.). I haven't tried joining other Hosts' meetings... Show more

I have a new laptop with similar specs as my old laptop.  Both Win.7. Both Lenovo Thinkpad (SL510, new T530)

Use Zoom Basic on both.

 

My general audio is working fine on other Internet sites (youtube, etc.).  I haven't tried joining other Hosts' meetings and different platforms they have.

Old laptop with Zoom has worked fine since Zooming for 2 yrs.  New laptop- Audio/listening to others is fine.  But when I test Microphone my voice is garbled and choppy and faint. 

General audio on laptop for listening is working fine on other Internet sites (youtube, etc.).  I haven't tried joining other Hosts' meetings and different platforms yet, and don't want to wait to find out this doesn't work there either.

I've tried everything it seems. As follows-

I have 1) Uninstalled Zoom from ControlPanel-Programs.  Restart laptop.  Then re-install Zoom, with a new email address and account. (Although it seems to know my original email and account. I don't know how to delete that one and not sure I want to lose it.)   2)  I've reviewed all the setup features.  Re-test over and over.  Still same.  I even tried the two options I have for Zoom - "Same as System", and then another test with my "2Realtek HD" program.  Still same results.

 

Question:  I see in the Programs (in Control Panel) there is "Conexant" (an audio program?), and "NVIDIA audio driver" (and several other NVIDIA software) installed.  I don't know if I need those.  But could they be interfering and causing this conflict in Zoom??

What to do?

 

I appreciate the instruction or advice.  Thank you!

When I'm on a Zoom meeting I want to keep my video on my screen on the teacher of the class.  When a participant unmutes and speaks, the video on my screen switches from the teacher to the person speaking.  how do I keep the video on the teacher and just be able to hear the person speaking but not have their picture take over the teacher video on my screen? thanks

I am trying to download my recordings form Zoom cloud to my PC.  The Zoom instructions say to go to Recording Management and click the 3 dots for More but when i do there is no option to download.  The instructions say that I won't have that option if I am an administrator.  I am the only User on my account, I must be the administrator, right?  How do I get around this and find the option to download the files?  Please help!

Initially I registered with Zoom account from my office computer, that is where I usually run my meetings from.  If I am traveling and do not have that computer with me, am I able to initiate the Zoom meeting I have invited people to from the office computer just by starting on my phone?
