Joining a meeting
Once I have sent the invite, people are opening and trying to join the meeting but are getting asked to sign in with email and password...…..which email and password are they supposed to be using? Thank you. Tracy

I have installed the MIRO app but it does not permit me to sign in to my MIRO account. I just get' Sign in failed - Try again'. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but same issue. My MIRO account is fine - I can login and it works fine. I can use the 'Create Board without Registration' option but I need to have a record of all my Boards for this project. Thoughts?

Hi, The other day I tried to join a Zoom meeting and was having issues. It asked me to share my org's name which I did and now won't give me access to Zoom at all. If try to start a meeting or click on a link to join a meeting, a pop-up window appears saying 'connecting' that runs for about 2 minutes and then I get a error notification. How can this be fixed? Hello Zoom community! Just a quick question regarding SSO-logins! If the host of a meeting is logged in using SSO credentials, would the participants need to login with SSO as well. Or phrased differently; would it make a difference for the quality/functionality in the meeting if the host has SSO credentials, but participants have not? Thanks! Thomas

Hi! We're about to replace the SIP/H323 gateway address, and need to update the meeting invite. Where do I find and edit the parameters below? Join by SIP (Cisco/Tandberg, Poly/Polycom etc.) Thanks, Brgds Martin

Hi All, I am the Admin of our Tenant. This user has the appropriate license assigned, we even removed it and re-applied it. We ran a meeting with the user as the host, with 3 people, she dropped out at 40 minutes, it also shutdown her outlook at the same time. Any registry values etc that may not have cleared etc. Your help is greatly appreciated. --Neil--
We then did a remote session with them to ensure they had logged in correctly with SSO, their App says 'Licensed' as it should.
Is there anything that would enforce the limit of 40 minutes to a Licensed user. Let alone also shut down her outlook.

How do I get my picture (host) to show only on the screen when in screen sharing mode and recording?
Hi! I've participated in several zoom calls recently where the closed captioning transcript feature (button) appears at bottom of screen. I can click on it and see the text in real time. In the call I was on today I wanted to save the transcript, but I didn't see an option I could click on that allowed me to do so. The host wrote, "If you have transcripts on, it should automatically save when you leave the zoom call. You'd have to revisit the settings of your Zoom account to enable saving the transcripts automatically." I looked through my account settings (Zoom Pro account) and searched the Resources forum. I didn't find anything which explains how to select such an option. How can I, as a Zoom call participant, save the CC transcripts [not the chat transcripts] (I am assuming I can do so if I can see the CC transcript button at bottom of screen) and where would they be saved to - my computer? I will be recording a program to present later, but want to play music videos in between presenters, what the best way to do this in addition to eliminating the commericials in the video. How do you post the program to YouTube?
