If an employer assigns their employee as a special privilege user to book meetings on their behalf, is there a way the employee can change their email settings to not get notified every time? ie. turn off notifications for anytime the employee books a meeting, meeting is confirmed, meeting is moved, meeting is accepted etc.

Can we distinguish different services by flow characteristics? For example, voice, video, shared screen. On the middle routing node, is there any way to distinguish audio, video and screen shared streaming in zoom?like Tos or anther application features?

Since February, I started having difficulty scheduling a recurring meeting. Once I problem solved for that particular participant, I no longer have access to the links to start other's meetings. These meetings do not show up when I click on to "Meetings" in the sidebar menu. VERY inconvenient. Why did zoom change what was working well? How do I get all my meetings to show up? Please help. I have a free version that was working very well until this problem.

Getting to the point of needing a backchannel in the chat for production staff during elaborate meetings/webinar productions. Seems cumbersome to have to use phone or SMS or email or some other service which is distracting from the program.
Hello, when I am host, I start a meeting, a guest joins and then my app closes and restarts itself after which another account with my name joins so there are two versions of myself in the meeting. One will then go into the background after a few seconds (sometimes I then get a message that I have been made host) but after 40 minutes (even in a meeting of two participants) the time limit is enforced. I only have one Zoom account.

Just received an email asking me to reset my password due to compromission (by Zoom ???). I want i) to understand better the situation (and potential zoom responsibility), and ii) to be able to check is this email is legitimate or a scam. Thanks.
