Hello Zoom Community. I recorded my first meeting and it converted to MP4. When I went to find the link to share with the participants it is not in my cloud. It's classified as a local recording saved on my computer. 1. How do I ensure my recordings go to the cloud so I can share links? 2. How do take my current recording and put it in the cloud? please help!!! -Joshua

Hi, is it possible for me to host meetings with zoom with a simple link that I always use for all my clients, and just send it to whoever I want without specifying a time anywhere and I just let in people from the waiting area as they arrive? I thought this was what I was doing but it often doesn't always work. *Sometimes the participants tell me there is a time on the meeting (that I don't know how to delete)? *Or they see a message saying 'waiting for the host to start the meeting' despite me already being there. *Othertimes I get an email saying he participant is waiting for me to join, despite me being in the zoom meeting alone already. Then I log out and use the link in the email which seems to work eventually but is unprofessional. Can anyone help keep this extremely simple for me? Jen

I am new to Zoom. When inviting guests, is their an easier way to invite besides crying invitation and eating it to an email? What if you do not have an email for individuals and only phone numbers? Does the guest have to download the Zoom app or can they just click on the link?

I have done some research on both the Zoom support site, the main Zoom.us site, and the Zoom learning center and I haven't been able to find a guide or best practices document to share with registrants of upcoming Zoom meetings. Some of the things I was looking for the document to highlight are listed below. I wasn't sure if something like this existed?

Hi, Can you add large meetings for a month but cancel after a week?
Paid for a subscription and recorded a meeting last month. Subsequently I have cancelled my subscription and cannot access the cloud recording. If I reinstate my paid subscription, will I be able to access the cloud recording again? Thanks
