Lost the Set Playback scissor icon in my cloud recording
I can't find the scissor icon in my cloud recording, so I'm unable to set the playback for my shared link.

Has been config error from the recorded meeting
Hi guys, I recorded the video meeting and I select for the location of folder to save file on external harddisk which the recorded longer to 2hrs. but when export from video file. It's just 1 hr video menaing is not finish. How I can recovery the full file? because I think has problem that zoom can't find the location in that time.

Resolved! Alt +A Hot Key Issue
I recently have a issue with use Alt + A hotkey. It suppose to be mute the mic, but when I press it, it become a screenshot instead of mute the mic. Is this a common issue, before I did not have this issue.
Huge Annoyance — Meeting Notices!
One thing I absolutely HATE about Zoom is the meeting notices I receive from other users, specifically this swell feature: When I click on the "accept" option in the notice, the meeting notice — including the date, time, and link — is deleted without adding it to the Outlook calendar. I need the information in the invite when it comes time to log on to the Zoom meeting. Is there a workaround? Is this something that Zoom can fix in future releases?

Zoom break out rooms
Hi, I am not able to view the participants in each breakout room created like I did in the past when joining breakout rooms in meetings. Also the breakout room that I choose is no longer visible once I join. I can see the room numbers or titles of each room only. I am using Basic Zoom on my IPad Air 2. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so how did you fix it. Thank you.

Resolved! Scheduling
I have scheduled a meeting to take place in a few weeks. Since that time I have purchased a 'Large Meeting' subscription to Zoom as we are expecting many hundreds of individuals to attend the meeting. Can you please advise whether I have to reschedule that original meeting for the 'Large Meeting' number of participants to be allowed by Zoom, or whether the meeting will automatically accept the additional number of participants?

Host control of Gallery/Speaker views
Hi, Is it possible for a Zoom Host to only allow Speaker View to participants? Sometimes when we as participants tune into a zoom meeting held by city council, the view is Single: there are five thumbs at top of screen and an arrow to scroll to the right of them. Other times, the zoom meeting is in Gallery view and we can see every council member on one screen. Thanks!
