Hi. I bought a laptop, and have an issue. Recording the desktop, the webcam window is positioned outside the desktop, in a vertical black bar just in the top corner. On the other laptop, I didn't suffer that bug. The Operating System is Debian 11 x64 up to date, and intel i3 10th gen with Intel UHD graphics. That Linux distro always has the latest intel graphic stack, Is the hardware too new and the drivers not supporting  Zoom yet? I've been using the device since December 22nd. I would appreciate a suggestion to fix the problem or set zoom right. In windows 10 I have similar problems.
UPDATE: Hi. I set something wrong; placed the camera window next to the desktop record. Changed it and now both are well combined. But the zoom control bar place is black, ruining the desktop.  I suppose is a graphic glitch or Desktop Environment conflict. I have the cinnamon desktop. Is there something I can do?

By the way, in Windows 10 I changed the setting, and now looks fine.

We are Using Zoom for live church. We have original Sound turned on, high fidelity music mode. All the normal things that are supposed to stop zoom from compressing the sound but it still continues to do so. We are using a Magwell capture card to bring in the video and audio. We do not share our screen but spotlight the Magwell Capture card which acts like a webcam. When we play music it is being compressed still and gets choppy but the singers sound fine. I have been dealing with this for months trying every little trick I find on the internet and nothing is working. Anyone have an answer to this issue.

Currently, we are using a paid payment service involving 100 people. This is because I wanted to create a zoom study space where our students can participate 24 hours a day. However, after a few hours during class, I found a situation where the zoom was turned off.

How can I keep zooming in for 24 hours?

Hello! Can anyone advise if, in order to create a HD video recording with a business account, all people on the call need to set their video quality settings to HD, and not just the host? I am keen for everyone to appear in HD and not just myself. If anyone can enlighten me I would be very grateful!

I know there was a problem last year with videos processing.  I've been waiting for a video for the last hour and half...I checked if something was wrong online, but it says everything is working...

Anyone else having issues....?

Thoughts on how to fix - I've logged out and back in...still nothing.

I guess a complete system shut down and back up is next...but 

One on one can connect for 30 hours, no disconnection.  One on one with someone in the waiting room:  is this considered more than one on one?  I do classes one on one.  Another student might be in the "waiting room", not participating, just waiting their turn.  Or would this be the "40 minute rule".  Thanks!
