We are using Google Calendar with the Zoom for G Suite Add-On. When arranging a meeting for another user, international dial in numbers can't be amended after the meeting is created.

To replicate the issue:

User A has full rights to User B's Google Calendar and Zoom Account

User A creates a Calendar event on behalf of User B, (making User B the organiser). The Zoom for G Suite Add-On creates and synchronises the Zoom meeting details to the event in User B's Calendar - including dial in numbers for User B's default countries

User A saves the event

User A wants to add an additional dial in country to this specific meeting:

In the Zoom admin interface, User A browses to the meeting in User B's meeting list and opens it. User A then adds another country to the meeting and saves the meeting.

User A refreshes their google calendar and opens the calendar entry for the meeting, the new dial in numbers ARE NOT listed under 'Joining Instructions'. In the right hand 'Zoom for G Suite' panel, the dial in numbers ARE listed. Pressing the 'update' button in the Zoom for G Suite Add-On does not refresh the meeting dial in information in the calendar event.

For our executive admin team, this makes it hard to add dial in information on a 'per meeting' basis for our senior exec's. Recipients do cannot see the additional country dial in information.

Bear in mind, User A does not have permission to change User B's default countries (which is what populates the original meeting invite)

Using an iMac with Monterey upgraded March, 2022 my input and output volume too low for me and my participants. I have double checked that all audio settings both for Zoom and my Mac are on with the correct mic and speakers (default system)  and set to Max Volume. The volume issues are corrected (sort of) when I pop in my AirPods. HOWEVER,  the AirPods do not work for audio (mic or speaker) they simply kick my iMac speaker and mic into "on" (or more functional?). HOWEVER AGAIN, I then cannot adjust the now MAX volume down using either Zoom or my Mac volume controls. This started *I think* about a week ago with the latest Mac OS 12.2.1 update. Previously, I had zero issues and have been adjusting mic and speaker volume when in Zoom just fine. This problem is ONLY with Zoom. I do not have this issue with other video host apps (FaceTime, Google Meet, Teams, music, etc.).

Recently I attended a meeting in which I was interviewing someone but on their Zoom account.  They changed the meeting setting to allow me to record the meeting/ interview but I have been unable to find the recording.  Normally I use my own account so it is easy to locate them.  The host cannot find the recording on their user profile.  Can anyone help?  Thanks.

We are holding a meeting and don't want the participants to see who else is included in the meeting, although we need them to identify themselves when they join.

Thanks

Hi!  My MAC using colleagues and I are all experiencing the inability to share sound or optimize video for sharing for a couple months now.  All updates are complete.  A huge echo is created for everyone in the meeting.   We absolutely cannot use these functions anymore.  We are all in different countries with different Zoom accounts. Zoom support has not given sufficient answers via email and I suspect this is not just a problem for my colleagues and I with MACs.  Anyone else have this problem and have found a solution?

Hey there!!

I just recorded a meeting, where the recording was split. So i should have had 2 separate recordings. I saw the 2 double click to convert files. One may have been clicked whilst another was converting. This all got a bit messy.

In the end I had the first recording converted and the 2nd ceased to exist.
No double-click to convert files. IT was like there was only ever 1 recording. The second went into oblivion....

Is there any way to recover this?
I don't have the cloud setup, it was only on the local.

All help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi folks,

I've recently noticed issues with AMD 4000/5000 series laptop cpu with intel ax200 wireless modem when running zoom. The audios are completely fine, but video stuck a lot. Under the same network, if I run zoom via ipad, the video is completely fine. I guess there is a bug in the desktop version of zoom. Any suggestions on what to do?

Hi

I recently attended a Zoom meeting by invitation and passcode.
After the meeting the host sent me the links to to view the recording.
Subsequently returning to view the recordings now  it says that it no longer exists.
I contacted the host who resent the recording asking me download and save.
I have tried to do this on IPhone and Amazon fire tablet but it does not allow me to do it.

Any advice please.
Thank you.

Two questions

Two question

(1) About meetings created during free account.

For example
Today: Create tomorrow's "A Meeting" with a free account
Tomorrow: change to a paid account. Can the "A meeting" created yesterday continue for more than 40 minutes?

(2) If the host who created the meeting does not participate and only an alternate host participates, does the meeting settings (screen sharing privileges) associated with the individual account remain the same for the host who created the meeting?
