Need backchannel chat for hosts

Getting to the point of needing a backchannel in the chat for production staff during elaborate meetings/webinar productions. Seems cumbersome to have to use phone or SMS or email or some other service which is distracting from the program.

Hello, when I am host, I start a meeting, a guest joins and then my app closes and restarts itself after which another account with my name joins so there are two versions of myself in the meeting. One will then go into the background after a few seconds (sometimes I then get a message that I have been made host) but after 40 minutes (even in a meeting of two participants) the time limit is enforced. I only have one Zoom account.

Meeting Poll

I am trying to create a poll on Zoom. It lets me create the poll, but once I hit launch, so one can answer the question. It wont allow them to click on either answer choice to submit. What am I doing wrong?

can't host meeting on computer, zoom screen locked

When I try to host a meeting on my computer, the screen shows a lock icon. I have been hosting this meeting all year during the same scheduled times. Any suggestions?  Thanks,

Zoom Desktop Mac App - update to 5.9.6 causing user sign out

Wonder if anyone is seeing similar issue:

When upgrading to 5.9.6 client we are seeing that the signed in user is automatically signed out.   When signed out no virtual backgrounds are available for selection.   Not even custom backgrounds are shown.   Once the user signs in then all the virtual backgrounds become selectable, even the custom ones and the company default ones setup in our account.   This was never an issue with older version upgrade before this, is anyone seeing this and is there a way to address and keep the user signed in?

Zoom app Start Meeting, Join, and Share Screen button greyed out on main menu (Windows 10)

my zoom wasnt responding when i try to join a zoom via link (it wont even show up on taskbar), then when i want to try join via id, i cant click anything on the zoom app (on windows 10) except the schedule button

Participant List is not showing for a specific meeting, why?

I am an ON-PREM user under bdren. After classes, I download the attendance from the Reports section of zoom web. I can download the participant list of other days of the same meeting but I could not download it for the following date:

04/11/2022 01:46:37 PM 04/11/2022 03:03:53 PM

 

The number of participants was 161. When I click on participants, the screen becomes like the attached screenshot.
