join a meeting from a task schedule

I have a weekly meeting same time every week. Before I was able to have a task schedule load the meeting, now I have to have the page load and I need to click on lauch meeting. It would be nice if I didn't need to click that.

When in a meeting, I see the names of those on a computer in the meeting but only the number of those who called in. Is there a way to replace the phone number with their name. This way I don't see John, Bob, 435645243
