Can't install new update on MacOS: Error 10002

Hi -- I am on a Macbook Pro, with Sonoma 14.7.I tried 3x to update Zoom because it is not allowing me to use the app (so therefore can barely use the browser version for meetings). I get an error (10002) every time. I tried the steps for Manual insta...
