We use poll option widely for our zoom meeting where 300 to 450 members will leverage to answer for the poll.  From past 2 months, the poll is getting ended automatically on adhoc basis.  Out of 10 polls, some day poll 3, 4, 7 will end automatically.  Some other day poll 6, 8, 9 will get ended automatically.

 

This poll is very critical for us, We are really seeking help to fix this problem.  We do have 1000 user license.

I can't enable multiple screen share just because there is no such button/ option when I host a meeting. It was but them disappeared. What should I do?

I can't work out if a AMD Ryzen 7 4700U 2.0GHz processor will allow me to have a virtual background on zoom without the help of a green screen. 

Based on the requiremements instructions, it would appear not: 

  • AMD
    • 8 logical cores
    • 3.0Ghz or higher

Hi, 
I have a paid zoom account with 500 participants. Whenever I change settings in the zoom web portal it doesn't get updated on the app. For example, I have turned on allow participants to join before host function from the web portal. So whenever I schedule a new meeting automatically it should turn on under the advanced options in the schedule menu. It shows as its turned on but when actually a participant try to join he cannot literally join the meeting before host. Every time I have to turn the option off and on in the app while scheduling to make it work. The same problem persists for numerous settings in the zoom web portal like, 
1. Mute upon entry 
2. Allow participants to join before host 
3. HD video 
4. Annotation settings etc.
 
Any suggestions?

Resolved! How To Have Zoom Invites Sent to Email vs. Calendar?

All my Zoom invites sent to me are going directly to my Gmail calendar. I would like them to come to me via email instead. But I don't know which setting to change in my account to make this happen. I appreciate the help!

I have been programming a meeting 2 weeks ago, that is evolving into a webinar, in one week time, and I was looking for an option to change a Meeting to a Webinar, as I saw this option exist: Changing a Webinar into a Zoom meeting with a  click of a button, but does the reversal is true ?  would be great !!!! 

The problem is that it will change the registration link !!! and people have already started registration under the meeting.
