Dear Zoom Community,

I want to ask if it is possible; that all meeting attendees sharing their screens AND that the host viewing all screenshares simultaneously? This is important for our classroom setup. We are currently using another video-conference application but it has its limitations, and we want to switch to Zoom. Thank you all in advance!

I have a thinkific website and they recommend  using a calendar service such as Calendly, Doodle or Simply Book Me and link it to zoom.  The problem is with these services they require a cut off point where attendees cannot book time into the class.  I want the class  to be a link that anyone enrolled can join at any time during the live class.

I want to be able to set up these classes without the booking requirement  of these calendar services and not have to set up each class one live link at time as thinkific is set up to do.

Am I missing something on these calendar services?

We are using Azure AD for Single Sign On. Only 10 host licenses, but we want our entire 1000+ person organization to sign into Zoom when attending meetings in order to track attendance reliably.

However, we need to prevent unlicensed persons from creating meetings, so "Basic" level of licensing is still too much. Is there a way to prevent these users from creating meetings?

We are exploring options for conducting video meetings in our trade show booth between terminals in our booth. We'd love to avoid the costly internet connection the venue will charge us, and are wondering if we set up a LAN, could Zoom Meeting Connector be an option for the video/audio between our terminals on the LAN.

Or, does Meeting Connector still need to have some internet connection even though the video/audio is streaming off a local server?

I'm a licensed user in my company and I have scheduling permissions for our exec team and integrated with Google calendar.  I completed the update last week and now when I schedule for an exec leader, the meeting isn't listed on my calendar, but I'm reflected as the host while the exec is reflected as the organizer.  It's pulling my Zoom account details and is listed under my meetings in Zoom rather than the executive team member which poses conflicts for meetings where I am the host/organizer.  How do I fix this so the exec leader's Zoom account I have schedule permissions for is used rather than mine?  Thanks!

I would love to see some new features including:

1) If a meeting has gone past its scheduled time but is still in progress - you don't know what that meeting is.  It would be great to see what meeting is currently in progress when past its scheduled ending.

2) It would also be helpful that if you are scheduling a Zoom, and another Zoom is scheduled for the same day and time, and you only have a single user license, that Zoom lets you know that something is already scheduled instead of double booking the Zoom.

I have a problem with the zoom ap connection on my MacBook. Although I can connect to my meetings using the safari browser, my zoom application cannot connect to the internet. I cannot sign in or join a meeting. I checked it with the university internet as well and the problem hasn't been solved yet. I also restarted my Mac and uninstall and install the app according to some solutions on websites but it didn't work as well. My OS and app are both updated. I made all the permissions that were needed for the zoom app as well. 

It is really strange because I previously worked with the zoom app on my Mac. 

Can you help me with that?
