Zoom to office356 calendar sync is only synchronising meetings where I am the host - how do I fix?
Hi, I have a paid zoom account with 500 participants. Whenever I change settings in the zoom web portal it doesn't get updated on the app. For example, I have turned on allow participants to join before host function from the web portal. So whenever I schedule a new meeting automatically it should turn on under the advanced options in the schedule menu. It shows as its turned on but when actually a participant try to join he cannot literally join the meeting before host. Every time I have to turn the option off and on in the app while scheduling to make it work. The same problem persists for numerous settings in the zoom web portal like, 1. Mute upon entry 2. Allow participants to join before host 3. HD video 4. Annotation settings etc. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

All my Zoom invites sent to me are going directly to my Gmail calendar. I would like them to come to me via email instead. But I don't know which setting to change in my account to make this happen. I appreciate the help!
I have been programming a meeting 2 weeks ago, that is evolving into a webinar, in one week time, and I was looking for an option to change a Meeting to a Webinar, as I saw this option exist: Changing a Webinar into a Zoom meeting with a click of a button, but does the reversal is true ? would be great !!!! The problem is that it will change the registration link !!! and people have already started registration under the meeting. Many thanks, Michel Reymond

I am setting up an all-day zoom interview meeting where attendees will join and exit one at a time. If I am the host, can the attendees also access the attendees' list later? I want the list to be confidential. Thank you.
I am sure I turned Polls on when I enabled Breakout Rooms yesterday. And yesterday Polls was on the toolbar and I tried it out. Today - it's not there. I have looked in the system and it is enabled. Where the heck has it gone? Have I done something? I really want to use this feature.

Do my invitees share the benefits or do they have to download Pro too?
