User receiving phantom meeting requests on android hours after unscheduled meeting took place

A user in my account has been receiving incoming meeting requests on her android Zoom client from another user, usually using the Windows desktop app, 3-12 hours after an unscheduled meeting took place between them. There is no call being placed, but her android phone rings and shows an incoming request from the person she met with earlier in the day.

On her end, it looks like the caller is reaching out to establish a second meeting, but when she accepts the request, it is immediately disconnected, and there is no record of the call. On the caller's end, he receives a notification that his call was declined, even though he did not place a call. This has happened several times between these two users over the past 6 months and both of them have been using the latest software versions for android and Windows.

Additional info: The user receiving the call is US East Coast, and the "caller" is on the US West coast so there's a 3 hour time difference. Both users have the correct time and date settings on their devices, and the ghost call notifications occur at a random point within 3-12 hours after the actual call. Our organization uses Outlook for email and scheduling and have it linked to our Zoom tenant, and the calendar integration between the two is not always smooth, but this specific issue only involves unscheduled meetings. The receiver does not want to disable incoming meeting request notifications on her phone, but we would like to figure out why she receives notifications for calls that the other user is not placing, so we can prevent them.

Hello everyone,

I really need your help.

I can not use the app on Ubuntu (20.04) properly anymore - the app keeps "loading the calendar" although there had been no such issue before the latest big update a couple of weeks ago. I simply can't access my meetings or start one, or anything.

I can't even see other's whiteboards when I join a meeting and they share it - other participants can see the whiteboard while on my computer it's forever "loading". I have to join meetings in browser and then transfer them to my app and I can only use my whiteboard in browser as well. It's very uncomfortable. Today, the app started freezing and crashing in the middle of a meeting and I have to rejoin and start all over again every 15 minutes or so.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Hi,

I'm a teacher using zoom for my classes, and I'm left-handed, which is becoming a problem when I share a screen or use the whiteboard, as the inclination of the pen is to the right and for me to write with that pen is really a nightmare, even my writing is becoming illegible. Is there a way I can change that pen inclination to the left? My brain seems to stress using the pen.

I don't know if this also happen to other left-handed people, as it's really affecting me.

Thank you

Resolved! See all workplace meetings and their owners in one spot

I want to see all the meetings within a Zoom workplace (4 users, 3 of which are licensed) and who those owners are. Where would I go to find that information?

Hello, please, I would like to know if there is a possibility and what solution to integrate the Zoom platform with a database or Excel spreadsheet which will contain the emails of the members of a study group, that is, if the participant is included in the study group he will be able to participate in the meeting, otherwise he will not have access to the meeting link. We currently perform this procedure manually in 15 individual study groups, which have an average of 20 to 30 participants and there is a rotation of members of each group. We access the Excel spreadsheet and cross-reference the information with the emails registered in the Zoom meetings to find out if the participants are part of that group or if they have already given up participating. Thank you for your support and attention.

I have a problem with Zoom since about two weeks. When I use the whiteboard on an iPad Pro it turns black or white in large areas after a while so that I have to stop the session. The content underneath is still visible for other users in the meeting, but I cannot see what I am writing any more.

I tried reinstalling the app, even set back the entire iPad and also contacted the Zoom support via the chat, however none of this helped.

Has anyone got an idea or experienced a similar issue? Otherwise I have to cancel my pro-account because Zoom has become useless like that.

Photo group App is not working as expected

I've tested to take a group photo with Group Photo App, and it only takes the host's photo even though other participants(2) have allowed to take the photo, the collage is only showing the host, is there a glitch with the App?
