How to schedule Zoom meetings for Outlook users?

I’m on a Mac using iCal for calendaring. My clients use Outlook (about half Mac and half Windows). 

What’s the best way for me to send meeting notices for Zoom meetings that will show up in their Outlook calendars?

Seeing ALL scheduled meetings

I would like to state that I am not a fan of not being able to get answers from Zoom and being directed to "Zoom Community". I feel Zoom should provide answers, not the people who use Zoom. With that being said, I would appreciate your help.
I recently scheduled multiple meetings for my board, but only ONE meeting is showing under my scheduled meetings. I do not consider these meetings "reoccurring meetings" because they are not on the reoccurring dates AND the information that I copied and put in the calendar invites do NOT match.

How can I see ALL the meetings I scheduled?

Sending a Thank you Email to Registered Meeting Attendees or Getting their emails into my Gmal

I am hosting a meeting that I probably should have set up as a webinar. I need to send everyone a thank you and follow up email but I can’t figure out how to do that on zoom or how to get all of the emails that have registered and out them in outlook... Show more

Will Zoom ever let people see chat comments posted before they joined the call?

Zoom has been awesome for remote work, but it has always been annoying that participants can only see chat comments posted after they join a call. Because of this... Links to meeting minutes get posted to chat multiple times at the start of meetings ... Show more

Zoom has been awesome for remote work, but it has always been annoying that participants can only see chat comments posted after they join a call. Because of this...

  • Links to meeting minutes get posted to chat multiple times at the start of meetings so people who joined later can see them.
  • When introductions are done in chat, people joining a few minutes late don't see introductions they missed.
  • When switching a Zoom call between phone and laptop, chat history if lost.
  • If you get dropped from a call and re-join, you lose all of the chat history.
  • It's not clear who can see which parts of the chat when not everyone was on the call from the beginning.

Ideally, the chat history for a Zoom call (i.e., all chat comments to everyone since the call started) would be visible to everyone else, regardless of when they joined (or re-joined) the call. A host could post a link to meeting minutes and not worry about latecomers not having the link.

 

Will Zoom ever let people see chat comments posted before they joined the call?

Resolved! Adding attendees from a list

When setting up a meeting, you can enter attendees however whenever I paste a list of emails, it is seen as invalid. I tried to separate them with commas, but it still is not working. I do not want to enter them individually, any ideas?

I see how to schedule a meeting every other week, but I want to schedule a meeting for the first and third Thursdays of every month. For months with five weeks (Like September) the every other week option won't work. Can I schedule for the first and third of the month or do I need to set up two meetings, one for the first and one for the third? THANKS!!

I just spent a great deal of time adding contacts in the Personal Contacts List because I didn't want to link to my gmail contact list.  But, when scheduling a meeting, it doesn't seem to pull data from the Personal Contacts List.  What am I missing?  What's the point of a Personal Contact List if you can't use it to invite people to a zoom meeting?
