I would like to state that I am not a fan of not being able to get answers from Zoom and being directed to "Zoom Community". I feel Zoom should provide answers, not the people who use Zoom. With that being said, I would appreciate your help.
I recently scheduled multiple meetings for my board, but only ONE meeting is showing under my scheduled meetings. I do not consider these meetings "reoccurring meetings" because they are not on the reoccurring dates AND the information that I copied and put in the calendar invites do NOT match.
How can I see ALL the meetings I scheduled?
Thank you,
April

@CFCOG - Are you the host of all of the meeting instances, or did you schedule on behalf of someone else? If you scheduled on their behalf, then they would show up on their Zoom schedule, but not yours. If you are an invitee to all of the meetings, you should be able to click on the 'Calendar' option in the Zoom client or web portal and it will show you all meetings you are hosting or invited to.

@colegs I am the host. I schedule all the meetings for our board and send them calendar invites with the links.

@CFCOG - How far out are you scheduling the meetings? Are they possibly beyond the date range for visible meetings at the top of the future meetings? Are you also looking in the Zoom Calendar to see if you see them there?

The meetings may be listed in a few different places depending on whether they are recurring or not. Additionally, after the meeting start time has lapsed the meeting may no longer show up under scheduled meetings. So if you are trying to join a meeting two minutes late it may not show up under scheduled meetings. You could create a list of your Zoom meetings in excel to be able to join from one location. Alternatively, there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you view all your scheduled Zoom meetings in one location with the links to join.

I agree 100% with colegs. I sent an email to my student who cannot access the lesson. It shows "unable to join the meeting". How do I help her access the lesson? Thanks for your help.

@internationalt - That is pretty open ended since there are multiple reasons they would not be able to join a meeting. Did you send them the meeting link from your instance of the meeting, did you invite them from the meeting when you were setting it up, or did you invite them from the meeting once you had it started?

I have this same issue. I need to see a complete list of ALL our scheduled meetings so I can review, add, modify as needed in one quick view. My work isn't functioning well with these new changes. Seems like they are catering to Google (to calendar sync on their terms), and have made these massive concessions for some huge monetary gain. In the app i don't even have the 'upcoming meetings' tab option that the zoom support pages refer to. What are the options to Zoom these days?

If you use the Zoom calendar in the client, you can search for all instances of a meeting. If you use the Zoom web portal and click on the meetings menu item, you get the option to view all upcoming meetings for a date range.

The date range option is SO hard to use, it's a real fault

I agree about the calendar. I want to see the meetings I have scheduled for the next six months. It isn't as if there are hundreds - no more than 12 (though some are recurring). When I change the start date in the calendar it changes the end date to the same. I want to see meetings scheduled between 10 February and and 30 June.

Hi. Did you find a solution to the start-end-date-troubles in the calendar...? So frustration being able to not see all planned meeetings.

I just came onto Zoom to schedule all the meetings for my program for the upcoming year, which I have done for the last 3-4 years, and am also here to COMPLAIN that I can't easily see ALL my scheduled/upcoming meetings in ONE PLACE. What the HELL kind of change IS THIS?!?!?!!? I make several reoccurring meetings based on the curriculum component the classes fall under, but then I have to go into each meeting individually to correct the date since classes aren't evenly spaced out. Putting a 90 max on how far out you can see is SO UNNECESSARY.

Removing the ability to view all upcoming meetings is a massive problem. I manage multiple groups and just tried scheduling our meetings for the upcoming academic year. It just took me three times as long to do this year's scheduling for one group and I am so frustrated. I also have ADHD and being able to see all the future Zoom meetings I've scheduled is crucial to my workflow. Plus, changing the date ranges on the meetings tab is clunky and difficult. I have no interest in integrating my existing calendars with Zoom. I just need a simple list of all meetings on Zoom like it used to be. Has anyone found a workaround or tried installing an older version of the Zoom app?
