How to schedule Zoom meetings for Outlook users?

I’m on a Mac using iCal for calendaring. My clients use Outlook (about half Mac and half Windows).

What’s the best way for me to send meeting notices for Zoom meetings that will show up in their Outlook calendars?

Thanks.

You could copy the Zoom link into an Outlook calendar invitation or use the Outlook plugin. If you don't use Outlook yourself, there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send Outlook calendar invites that will populate in their Outlook calendars with the Zoom link.

Hi meriment.......

Thanks for the reply and the ideas. Salepager is a $20/month app that is not on the Apple app store. For something that Zoom should do on it's own, that's not a justifiable cost.

When I was on Join.Me, my meeting invitations automatically went out with a calendar meeting request attached. I'm actually shocked that Zoom doesn't do the same thing.
