I host a group and lately I have been taping short update sessions on the real estate market locally and sending to the cloud for the purpose of forwarding the link to my prospective clients. One of my clients says that when he opens the video link the screen is in micro mode? When he sends me back his message with the text and link I sent him and I open it it's in regular size. I also asked another client I know well and he said he sees it in regular size... no problem. It seems to me that the problem is with the client's settings but I'm not sure.

Hi, I created a recurring meeting with registrants. I had 14 registrants signed up but I accidently changed and removed the check mark of registration and now my registrants are back to zero. I went to the report section attempting to retrieve the list but I cannot find it anywhere. Is there a way to retrieve this list again or is it gone (and that I need all my clients to sign up again?)

As a company, we bought a wide meeting feature for one of our users, but the participants are getting an unxcepted errorr. Error Code: 1000000403. Can you support us to fix problem?
My goal is to build web conferencing project and therefore web client was selected. However, it lacks some important features like gallery view and file transfer in chat. Does these ones are on the roadmap and should we expect them anytime soon?
I support 5 execs and schedule zoom calls via the web login for all. I've found that as long as the meeting title exactly matches across Outlook and Zoom then when I reschedule the meeting in outlook I don't have to go back manually into zoom to update there. Unfortunately, this is only working with one person of my five suddenly. I'm forced to go in manually to update in zoom for the others. Any ideas why?

I go to system preferences /security& Privacy and when I click it - it does nothing...I am stuck can't get my share feature to work. Please help.
I would like to know if it is possible to move a participant’s name on their video screen when it appears in the gallery. Currently it is in the lower left corner but is it possible to move it to another corner.

Is there a way to use microphone one microphone that will spotlight each person as they speak? Same office, same office table, but two different computers. as it is now when both people speak only one persons PC is Spotlighted. can't keep both mikes on because of feedback
