I just recently moved to a house that only has 3 mbps download and .5 mbps upload speeds.

 

I frequently host zoom meetings with 20 or more people.

 

My concern is, I don't want my subpar internet speeds to negatively affect the zoom meeting experience for others. Does the host's speed affect the quality of the meeting for everyone?

 

If so, the other question is, if I have a co-host with a better internet connection, will their "co-hosting" improve the quality of the meeting. In these meetings I usually have a co-host that has decent internet speeds (25mbps and up).

 

Thanks for your reply. I know how to use it but I don't know exactly how Zoom works!

Reports: registration and use report are without names, only with an asterisk.

I need help to understand what happenend with report zoom meeting. I took the usage report and registration report to do a list of participants but when I donwload the file, in the local name and email appear only asterisk. I need this report to send... Show more

I need help to understand what happenend with report zoom meeting.

 

I took the usage report and registration report to do a list of participants but when I donwload the file, in the local name and email appear only asterisk.

 

I need this report to send for my client with all the people that enter on the meeting.

Is it possible to Screen Share Participants

We are using a Hybrid meeting,  I would like to be able to screen share particapanits in Zoom to a screen.  

 

Or is possible to spotlight a person to specific screen

Siempre el mundo esta en cambio, quien iba a pensar que debido a la pandemia zoom iba a ser una herramienta principal  para las empresas?, ahora es tiempo de promover un cambio antes de que el mundo de nuevo cambie, es hora de hacer ver a las personas que Zoom llego como una necesidad y para quedarse, pero para muchas personas el costo de zoom lo mueve a buscar otras plataformas que no son tan estables pero que le dan lo que ocupan, sencillez.

Por ende me gustaria promover un plan que sea adaptable, por ejemplo:  Que pasaria si para mi el zoom basico es perfecto pero el tiempo es limitado? podria zoom venderme un plan que en lugar de 40 minutos pueda durar 2 o 3 horas unicamente?

No todos requieren toda la tecnologia que zoom puede ofrecer! 

En mi trabajo siempre hago la diferencia porque pienso en lo que la mayoria no pero cuando lo comento se dan cuenta que es una realidad, por favor que los altos ejecutivos vean mi comentario.. apoyenlo estoy seguro es una buena idea.

I used a desktop app with Windows 10 (64bit) to join multiple computers to a ZOOM conference. Some participating computers activate the screen saver while attending this conference.

During the ZOOM meeting, the screen saver should not start, so I suspect that it contains something wrong.

Please let us know if you have any idea about the obstacles that cause this.

In addition, the computer is set to start the screen saver according to the group policy.

Also, based on the above symptom, I tried to suppress the screen saver activation by setting the mobility center, but the screen saver setting item was grayed out and could not be set.

 

* Information to be worried about

If the playback screen is not displayed in full screen during video playback, the screen saver will start.

→ Does the screen saver start when the ZOOM conference is displayed in full screen?
