We have scheduled our meetings in the diary and now want to add polls and quizzes. Is there any way to do this avoiding having to rewite the questions every time? I can see that you can use template when setting up a meeting but cant seem to work out how to do this once the meeting has already been scheduled. Can anyone help?

Hello everyone, unfortunately, for a couple of days I have been having troubles entering a zoom session with my Macbook. Every single time, for at least 10 seconds the screen "trying to connect" is displayed. At the end, it says that it is not possible to connect to the meeting and that I should check my network connection. But with my iPad, using the same network connection, I am able to connect to the meetings. Does anybody have any suggestions what to do?

Hi. I've tried looking for a solution to this online, but have found none. I use Zoom for Gsuite add-on to schedule zoom meetings in Google Calendar - this is working fine. However, all my google calendar events are showing up in the Zoom app. ie. they say "Not a zoom meeting". Some of these events are private and I do not want them displayed in the Zoom app. Is there a setting which turns off syncing all calendar events? I just want the actual Zoom meetings displayed. Thank you!

Hello I have a pro account - I will be recording a meeting which will be approx 90 minutes long. I will record it locally to my mac, will I have enough storage?
Can a recurring meeting be set up for say the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month up to the 50 limit?
As a basic user 'Recording notification' play voice prompt to 'no-one' is not an option. Zoom say this voice prompt can be disabled for all accounts as per the Zoom notes: so why is the option not there?

Hi, Prior to December 2021, "meeting registration reports" were much more comprehensive. Since then Meeting registration reports have changed on Zoom (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/216378603-Meeting-registration-and-polling-reports). It seems like only the following is now available: Does anyone know if it is possible to get more participant information (e.g. join time, participant start time/end time) on a report? If so, how?
