Setting up polls

We have scheduled our meetings in the diary and now want to add polls and quizzes. Is there any way to do this avoiding having to rewite the questions every time? I can see that you can use  template when setting up a meeting but cant seem to work out how to do this once the meeting has already been scheduled. Can anyone help?

    @MandySAES Unfortunately templates can only be applied when scheduling the meeting initially and can't be applied after they have already been scheduled. 

    I suggest setting up a template moving forward, but for those already scheduled the polls and quizzes will need to be manually input.
