HD camera recording/External HD camera
Hi,
How (and where) do I check what the video quality is of my Zoom video/camera recording?
And if I were to use an external HD camera, will Zoom compress (lower the quality of) my recording?

Hi, I've been having an issue for a while when I receive a URL link to join a meeting instead of an ID and password. On my desktop, clicking on the link will only open the Zoom app where I then have to enter the ID and password. I don't have this issue on my laptop: clicking on the link will open the Zoom app and the meeting. How can I make it so that clicking on a link will not only open the App, but also make me join the meeting? Let me know if this is not clear... Thanks!

Hello, I have been able to record one-hour training sessions, but cannot seem to access the audio-only version to share with participants afterwards. When I click on the link next to the audio option, copy it, and paste it into the browser, I get an error message that says: This recording does not exist. (3,301). I have tried multiple browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome). When I attempt to download and email it to someone, because it is a large file gmail automatically puts it into google drive. When someone tries to open it, it says that google drive is "unable to process" it. Any ideas on how to get an audio copy to participants that is easy for me to send and easy for them to open and listen to? I have combed through the forum and tried ideas, but nothing has worked for me so far. I'd appreciate any help you can offer! -Kate

Hi everyone, I tried to take attendance of a meeting held last week and the report did not show up.
I can generate reports for meetings held before that previous day, but only those held on June 23rd are not showing up.
Of course, there is still data in the history of past meetings.
I have the same meetings almost every week, but each time I use the template to create a new meeting ID and hold the meeting, and I have never seen this error before.
Please let me know what the cause is and if there is any workaround.

I have a Zoom account which I use for meetings of asmall charity. I have to be away. How can a colleague use my account to set up a meeting in my absence?
Here is my problem. I generally access my Zoom meetings via Google Calendar. I click on the Google calendar event listing and a further event window pops up. I click on the Join Zoom Meeting button and initiate the process of getting into the meeting. However starting last Tues. when I try to click on that Join Zoom Meeting button, the cursor begins to flicker and I am unable to access the meeting. If I go to my Zoom login page and access the meeting there, I get in no problem, but I prefer to use Google Calendar because of its ease. I have no idea why this is happening--HELP!!

Hey all for some reason my DAWs dont have the Zoom Asio Driver as an option for use with clients. Is there a link to download the Zoom Asio drivers? whats the best way to go about this?
I already uninstalled and reinstalled zoom. Thanks
I often attend meetings with 100 guests or more.
What are the secret hot keys to jump from 1st page to last page of guests and then back to the 1st page?
Thanks!
I hope someone out there can offer a solution as I'm starting to get worried about this. I couldn't share my screen last week which has never been an issue before but then a good friend suggested installing zoom over the current one so I did and then it was fine. Fast forward a week and then the same issue reappeared and now installing it over the old download hasn't worked and so I tried deleting it but that didn't work either. I have a mac which is about 4 months old, not sure if that would make a difference. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.
