Hello, I am the account owner, but the setting to enable the Zoom Apps Quick Launch Button is grayed out for me, with a message "locked by admin" I had an admin log in, and the setting is grayed out for them as well. Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi, I use zoom cloud recording several times a day and three of the recordings are taking so long to be processed. All of the recordings are about 10 min long. - The rest of the recordings were ready for viewing 2 min after the meeting ended. What can I do to solve this issue? Thank you!

Can’t record meeting from my iPad, but I can on my desktop iMac. Both are basic free accounts, the same account! My desktop has occasionally used a pro account from another user, could that be why the record button shows in my free desktop account? Thanks Ray

My friend want to screen share in mobile zoom meeting. When she hit the "SHARE" and there are several options Photo, Web URL, Camera, ETC... But can't find "Screen" option! We already try uninstall and re-install, check update... and still can't find the "Screen" option. Is there anyone know how to fix it please let me know. Thank you.

I use a macbook air with macOS Big Sur 11.6.5 and i can't connect with Zoom client for 2 weeks. I can do my meeting with my browser. Is there any problem with my old mac?
Hi, I have a brand new IdeaPad 3-17ITL6 Laptop - Type 82H9 with Windows 11 with "Integrated Camera". It works fine (Camera), but once i starts Zoom app (App or Browser) camera starts flickering. Already update the drivers, Uninstall and Re-Install drivers, Disable AV, ran a SFC /Scannow, ran a DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, ran two (2) BIOS updates, ran Windows Updates and even ran a PC RESET, Lowed the Refreshing rate and resolution of display, but nothing has worked. Can anyone help me please? Lenovo has not helped cause they said is not a hardware issue!!!
