I tried to connect a second email to my paid account but accidentally created a new free account. Please share instructions on how to connect to paid account instead.
Is there anyway to change the text in the confirmation email when user use the registrate link provided by Zoom? Default is English but I want to translate the email text to Swedish. Best would be if I could translate the registrations form also into Swedish 🙂

I know the usual method of converting a meeting to a webinar, but the system is not allowing me to do so.
Is there something that I can do to still convert this meeting -- which may have >500 participants.
Thanks.
I'm having difficulty hosting a Zoom call, whereas I have no problem being an attendee. The issues vary in frequency: 1) sometimes, Zoom link can take up to 2 hours for recipients to receive 2) sometimes, recipients cannot hear me 3) sometimes, the video I'm showing cannot be seen

Hi everyone! I've always used the local recording to record my classes and usually the final result was like picture 1 (shared screen + list of 5-6 people on the left). In the last couple of months Zoom automatically changed the layout of the recording like picture 2 (shared screen + random people on the left occupying 2 columns). Do you have any Idea of why that happened? How can I go back the picture 1 or, even better, how can I have a simple recording with the shared screen + speaker's face? (Like picture 2) Thanks in advance 🙂

I'm trying to find a way to ensure that gallery view will be used for recordings instead of speaker view but I do not see an option to do that in the recording settings. I have a free account could that be why? Thanks
Is there anyway to share the screen on a Chromebook with the newer PWA app and still be able to see both the screen that is being shared as well as Zoom controls. Basically I need to make sure I can see the participants window in case someone joins late to let them into the meeting. I was able to do this with the old ChromeOS app. The only way I can figure it out is to use two accounts and run the meeting from my phone and share on the Chromebook, but this isn't a good solution.
