Will the link for a scheduled meeting work if a licence is reassigned?
A user has left the organization and had a scheduled meeting. If I reassign this zoom licence will the link for the scheduled meeting still work?

A user has left the organization and had a scheduled meeting. If I reassign this zoom licence will the link for the scheduled meeting still work?
My screen says the meeting hasn't started yet. On the phone, I'm told the meeting hasn't started yet. But, I have a friend who's logged in and attending the same meeting (which hasn't started yet). She let me listen in to the conversation. Others had the same problem. We all had the same log-in info. What's happening?

I scheduled a recurring meeting in Zoom and enabled the Waiting Room feature. If a participant joins the meeting before the Host starts the meeting, the participant sees a pop-up message from Zoom. This message states that the meeting is scheduled for first date/time of the reoccuring meeting. This message has been confusing to some participants that arrive several minutes early, causing them to leave the meeting. How do I change this message or remove it entirely? Thanks.

I'm in a group meeting (usually, but not always, a break out room) using Zoom via Chrome browser (Macbook Pro) when I notice the pop-up text come on my screen 'Host has muted you' or 'Host has unmuted you', and the red muted mic icon appears respectively. I've no idea why this is happening. The host is not doing this. It happens seemingly randomly, when I am in the middle of speaking or not, with different/unrelated groups of people. It started occasionally a few weeks ago but now it's happening during every Zoom call. So, if I'm speaking, I've got to have the mouse hovering over the (un)mute button to react to being automatically muted. Can anyone shed any light or offer a solution? Thanks very much.

We have a town hall for external stakeholders for anywhere for 100 - 350 people. It's a town hall to introduce our new executive director to those that wish to join. Hence we aren't sending an invite, and no need to registering. We are just sending the Zoom meeting link in an email. Is there an option that we can send a reminder if someone selects to 'add to calendar'

Hello. I have noticed in the conference rooms that when I start a scheduled meeting the camera doesnt automatically turn on. I would need to go to the Zoom Room controller and turn the camera on from there. The conference rooms doesnt experience this when joining a meeting. The controller & Zoom Room apps are up to date. Any ideas or suggestion to fix this.

Shared file on desktop client is not visible on participants web SDK.
I have figured out how to turn on and archive the transcription, but I have noticed that when you save the transcription it doesn't record which user said what. I'm wondering if anyone has found a way so that it is archived which user and what was said?

I have used Zoom for years now between work and other accounts. I have never had trouble sharing sound and video during a meeting before, however, now I can share video fine but no sound comes through it. I have tried ALL possible setting changes, clean reinstall of Zoom, and recommendations within other threads. Why is this a problem all of the sudden. I have even tried my other Zoom account I ma an admin on.
