Has anyone noticed the below issue with Registration?  If I schedule a meeting with registration, and then go to Email Settings and try to hit the Edit button next to "Confirmation Email to Registrants", Zoom gives me a "Prompt Unknown Error!" message.  This started happening for my users and myself.

I'll report to Zoom Support, but just wanted to see if anyone else started having this issue.

I've been pulling usage reports for attendance for our sessions since the pandemic started. I know that only the assigned host can see the reports for any account (even if the host is switched during the meeting).

I am the host for the majority of our Zoom sessions, and I make my two coworkers alternate hosts so anyone of the three of us can start sessions.

I was on vacation, and came back and went to pull the usage records for while I was gone and there were none. Not even for the meeting I ran the day before I left for vacation.

The meeting I hosted and started yesterday, however, was available.

So to sum up:

Meeting I hosted and ran on the 13th--not available.

Meetings I hosted and my coworkers ran from the 14th through the 21 -- not available

Meeting I hosted and ran yesterday -- available.

I searched through all the other reports -- nothing.

Hi I need a help on sharing phone screen on Android. I'm not sure it's about android but evertime I ask people to share their phone screen and show me accessing to the apps they use, the sharing function just stop and only thing I can see through zoom is just their phone HOME screen. Any movements shown on zoom while they keep sharing their phone screen and accessig to any other apps. Have you ever had this kind of problem?

I Zoom with four organizations.  The audio works fine for three of the meetings, but in the fourth, no one can hear me.  I have checked settings and find nothing has changed.  I even changed the location in the house for the laptop.  No improvement.

Any suggestions?

Hello, i invite someone to a recorded meeting on yesterday, we were only two online and the session cut at 40 minutes (i need to restart for another one...).

Could you please explain me why, i read that it was limited for 3 and more people ?

I want to start any webinar soon so i will read the limitations but i need first to solve my problem in 1 on 1 (!)

This has only recently started happening.  I am the host.  When someone shares their screen with me, the green sharescreen notification bar appears (normal).  However, when they stop sharing, this bar remains but as a static version.  It won't react at all and I can't get rid of it.  When I share MY screen, the original notification bar remains, which is confusing and annoying.  Anyone else experiencing this? Any fix?

I am using a Macbook Pro and have the latest Zoom software installed.

Hi all, I have an account that is prompting for a passcode to enter a meeting even though these options are turned off. If i turn it on and enter a passcode it will not accept it to start or join the meeting. I've searched online and this seems to be a recurring issue but no one has an answer for it.
