When i'm screen sharing both me and the other person cant view the video thats playing all we can see is a black screen. How can we resolve this issue

When sharing screen during meeting, powerpoint slide presentation works fine; however, the recording of the session does not show certain slide transitions; many transitions come out choppy or none at all - the next slide just appears.
Hi,
I'd like to organize meetings where people I have in my encloses facebookgroup can join directly and outsiders first need to fill out the registrationform. Would that be a possibility and if so, how do I set this up? Right now, if I share the direct link, people still need to fill out the registrationform.

Hi I can't get the slide show to work when sharing my screen. The participants don't see the slide show, even though it works perfectly on my screen. I'd really appreciate any ideas. Many thanks
I have a new M1-based Mac Studio running macOS Monterey version 12.3.1, running Zoom version 5.10.1 (5839) which I just downloaded and installed again. When I go to Virtual Backgrounds, only the standard backgrounds appear and if I try to add a custom one, it doesn't get added. I went to Settings on Zoom in my web browser and double-checked that the Virtual Backgrounds feature is enabled (it was). Nothing changed in my setup other than upgrading my M1 Mac Mini to a Mac Studio (transferred all files from the Mini). Any other ideas?

Hi, I am having audio issues with some of my zoom meetings. The computers are not on mute and the meeting set up does not mute participants. It happens to multiple users on the same meeting. However, in other meetings with the same set up there is no issue? I have deleted the meeting and set it up from scratch again but the same issue arises. Has anyone had issues like this? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, I can't register to this meeting. Every time I click the link it displays "Unable to display this page. Zoom is temporarily unable to display this page." The registration was working fine last time, don't know what happened. Tried it on FF, Chrome, and Safari but no luck. I disabled all addons and extensions, enabled all cookies, cleared the browser cache, nothing. It just immediately redirects to "https://us06web.zoom.us/error_display" I'm not the meeting owner so I can't troubleshoot this from the admin side. I've been at this for days now. Please help. Thanks!

I do free classes for older adults so I always get registrations from email addresses like this one tonight, "***********". I'd like to block it before the class starts because we just have to remove these people once the class starts. We block the chat and cameras and take all the security measures, but it's still annoying. I could cancel the ticket, but that doesn't stop them from registering for another one. Do I have to wait until the class starts to remove people so they're blocked and can't get in, or is there a way to reduce these by getting them before the class starts? I'm super frustrated because I'm trying to get to an underserved audience and keep it free, but I don't know how to keep out the riff-raff except to remove them. Again, I've blocked a lot using the security settings recommended in all the tutorials, but they still get through to the host and co-hosts. Thanks!

Hi. I use an account for a sports group and the login email isn't reachable. The login requires I enter a 6 digit pin which was sent to the login email address which I can't get too. How do I login?
