Every time I record a video on Zoom and it is converting I get an unexpected error. It will save until it is in the 95% range and then disappear. When I open up a new meeting I get a popup the says Zoom had an Unexpected Error. I can type a response into zoom. I am on a Mac using Google Chrome. Help Please! I need to be able to make videos from my meetings. 

We have been recordings our meetings online and also on a local PCwhere we can choose the speakers/presenters (instead of all or nothing like the online saved videos).  We would then edit our videos on a Mac.

Over the last month or so, the files that were recorded on the local PC will no long play back on the Mac.  The files appear to be the correct format (MP4), but they can't be played or converted on the Mac.  They will play back fine on the PC.

I've tried converting the files to different video formats before saving them on the Mac, and they won't work.   I've also tried checking if there were any updates to the video players on the Mac (QuickTime and VLC Media Player), but we have the latest versions.

Would anyone have an idea of what might cause this?

Is It possible to hide the meeting ID, etc. from those attending the Zoom Meeting? I would like to create an image in a membership area on our website. When a user clicks on the image It takes them into the Zoom meeting, but the user cannot see the Zoom ID or other information that would allow them to share the link with others who are not in our membership area?

We have  zoom meeting account with  100 capacity, and recently purchased Webinars license, what we know the Webinars with 500 capacity, We assume that we also should have 500 capacity in the s=zoom meeting too( we need breakout room feature in the meeting).  

looks like it only allow us with 100 capacity,  is there special setting to have 500 capacity in the meeting > or we have to create the webinars first with 500 capacity and convert to meeting ?

I cannot get Zoom to work correctly on this device.

I usually join Zoom meetings by clicking on the link sent by the host in the invitation email. This Facebook Portal Go device has my Zoom app on it, which was installed and set up on this device by me. 

When I click on a link sent by an organizer,  I do not get the usual dialog  (as I would on my laptop) which offers to open the zoom app, so I click on the link to use my browser instead. This sends me into the hosted meeting with no audio or video. If I click the icon to open sound, I get a prompt to to configure my browser first to allow it to open the microphone. Same with the video. I am asked to enable the camera through the browser. I cannot accomplish either using the rather primative browser available on the Portal Go device. 

Has anyone using the Portal Go device been able to successfully join a Zoom meeting using either the provided Zoom app or by using the native (there is no alternative) browswer on the Portal Go?
