I'm having trouble accessing my account's admin panel zoom

The screen is flickering with an error message (Zoom is temporarily unavailable to display this page.) and I can't do anything, it won't let me access anything.

I was in the process of purchasing the Pro license and now I don't know if the purchase was completed or not, other than that I use this account a lot for meetings.

I need urgent help, I have opened a support ticket #14225045
Can you help me urgently please.

I am wondering if anyone has an issue with the time limit since yesterday. The meetings are ending in 40 minutes even when there were only 2 participants. I have already reinstalled, logged out, logged in again but nothing works. It's still the same. Show more

I am trying to work out the difference between purchasing a licence or just purchasing a new account. They seem to be about the same price, so I am wondering what the difference is.

 

I have a few employees who need to have their own meetings with clients at their own times (sometimes same time as me). So I am wondering if I am better off buying licences for them, or just paying for their own personal Pro account?

Unused virtual cameras, speakers and microphones

I use the macOS Zoom-client. I recently testet a number of virtual cameras. I don't use them any longer. The items yet stay in the camera-list, How can I get rid of these obsolete items?

Our organization has lost hours of irreplaceable interviews that were held in an individual's Zoom cloud following her death.  Her family has no idea how to access her account. Now that they have a death certificate and probate documentation to establish her husband as her heir, is there any way for him to retrieve her account information and get secure these recordings?

Is there any way to zoom a USB camera with the Windows version of Zoom?  I’d like to zoom camera to adjust my face fill of the screen but can’t seem to find a way.  And for some reason my Logi camera and its software stopped working well with Zoom so I tried a Unzano camera.
