On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Today, I recorded my meeting on Clouds. When the meeting ends, I couldn't find it on my Clouds. Zoom said "Cloud recording is available to premium users", but I don't know this before and I don't have premium account. What can I do now to find my recording? If I subscribe to the premium package now, can I get the record back?

Hi, @ngananh. I am sorry that the cloud recording is automatically enabled for all paid subscribers. When you record a meeting and choose Record to the Cloud, the video, audio, and chat text is recorded in the Zoom cloud. The recording files can be downloaded to a computer or streamed from a browser.
You could subscribe and be a pro account, then use it for your upcoming meeting.
