I had an important meeting two days ago. I had double checked where the recording would save locally on my laptop. When I pressed record, it asked if I wanted to save it to the cloud. I selected yes. I assumed it was saving it to my cloud. Now I can't find the recording. I can hardly breathe...I didn't take notes as I could see it was recording:( I do not have a paid subscription. The host does. She had granted me permissions for screen sharing and recording. Does the OG host have the file? I saw it actively recording.

I could not sign-in to Zoom client on my MacBook running OS 12.0.1. It always shows an error "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again" I can sign-in and use Zoom via Chrome browser on the same MacBook. Any ideas what went wrong? There is no blocking in firewall or VPN. I recognize that there is no Zoom in camera privacy setting, it has only in Microphone privacy. Any suggestion on this?

I have some users who have installed Zoom themselves via exe from the web. Others that have installed via SCCM. The SCCM version (an msi) gets patched by SCCM through Invanti and the web version does not. I need to know if the .msi version that SCCM installs overwrites the exe version. I am hpoing that I can just install the MSI version to all and have that take care of the exe versions out there. I tried to install the msi version and include the log switch to see if it did anything "like run the clean script" but I cannot find the log - msiexec /i "ZoomInstallerFull.msi" /qn /log install.log

My Zoom does not open when I click on "Start Meeting" I have to click on "browser" and my camera doesn't work. I can screen share, but they cannot see me. Please help?

When I put my microphone on mute, the audio breaks up. When my microphone is "live", the audio is fine. I have been through many of the canned answers, none of which address this. Getting customer support seems virtually impossible.
Every time I schedule a Zoom meeting, I need to manually add the same 2 co-hosts to it. Is there a way to configure my Zoom account to always add certain co-hosts to all meetings by default? Those co-hosts are both paid users under my account. Thank you.
