hi I've been having this problem for a while. whenever i join a zoom meeting, I cannot share my screen, because there is a messaging popping up saying screen sharing is not available and there just isn't a Screen Share button. Although all the other participants can do so. Anyone have a solution? 

My environment is Mac OS Monterey version 12.1, ZOOM Version: 5.9.3 (4239), and have granted permission to Zoom for camera, microphone, accessibility, screen recording in Security and Privacy.

hello all, 

I am using a brand new Lenovo Thinkpad and am working from within a virtual desktop in Citrix. I tested the camera outside my virtual desktop works fine for MS Teams and Zoom. Within the virtual desktop, I cannot see people nor be seen - there is not even a button to turn on the video. Also, I have not button to share my screen nor can I see other people sharing theirs. 

I have installed Zoom VDI (latest version 5.8.x), latest version of Citrix Workspace and latest version of Zoom itself - still not success. I tried accessing the virtual desktop from another laptop, everything works perfectly fine. 

I checked my anit-virus sofware  called bitdefender. It detects the use of the microphone as Citrix HDX Engine. I can hear people and people can hear me. So that at least works. The anit-virus software does not recognise the camera inside Citrix - but it does recognise the camera for both MS Teams and Zoom OUTSIDE the citrix virtual desktop. 

I have no idea what else should I do. Please help.

Am I able to use the stereo mode of the headphones? Is really a poor quality on hands-free option.

I already checked the option "Original sound" and all these options talked about here in the community.

I have weekly meetings and I need to use the earphones, but the quality is really not good.

Recently, when I am a co-host and set up a breakout room, the participants are unable to chat with me despite the chat setting in the main room allowing participants to chat with host and co-host.  Any suggestions on how to enable chat in a breakout room when this happens?

Does anyone know how to change how I download my recordings. For whatever reason it's set to Microsoft Excel as my default (I must have pressed somthing) so whenever I download I get an excel spread sheet and not my audio recording. 

Trying to add a picture to show but of course it won't let me do that either. 

When I click export the pop up comes up and says you have chosen to open (said file) which is set as a default Microsoft Excel so know matter what I open it with it opens as a spread sheet. Please someone help me in losing my mind
