Enhanced API connector

Any issue when migrating to the enhanced API connector with One Button to Join feature on my legacy cisco rooms?

Also noticed the Virtual Controller is missing from rooms under the enhanced feature. Was it moved?

I can tell you it broke all 50 of our Cisco rooms.

Hoping they can help us resolve the issue today at 2pm.

Hi @Mj1B, I see you had ticket #12513718 with our Zoom technical support, and the ticket was closed. Are you still running into any issues?

I am seeing this was resolved by a full migration? As well as the Cisco Room Settings set to: 

-        Conference - Encryption Mode = Best Effort

-        SIP - DefaultTransport = TLS

-        SIP – Listen Port: Off        

-        SIP - MinimumTLSversion = TLSv1.2

-        SIP - TlsVerify = Off

-        Network - TLSVerify = Off

-        Network Services - XMLAPI Mode = On
