Zoom Webinar meetings - persistent issue - the speakers are not highlighted or identified

We have now hosted several Zoom Webinar meetings and we have a persistent problem where the person speaking although clearly heard does not show up identified on the screen (Pop-up or highlight). Do you have any suggestions how to resolve this issue?
