Simultaneous screen sharing at zoom version 5.7.6
Yesterday I updated zoom, with latest version the simultaneous screen sharing is not available. Was this option removed? Is there another way to make it work?

We have a standing, twice a day call with supporters of our non-profit organization. We inadvertently deleted these calls from our list of scheduled meetings however, the link continues to work. So the calls continue to happen even though the meeting itself is no longer visible on our list of scheduled or standing meetings. My question: Rather than creating a new meeting on the schedule and the resulting new link that would come it and that we would then have to disseminate to our supporters (likely causing a fair amount of confusion), is there a way to re-use or restore the old link everyone is still using even though the meeting has disappeared from our list of scheduled meetings? Essentially, i'm hoping there's a way to copy and paste the old link into a new meeting. FYI, it's been longer than a week since our 'accidental deletion' so I can't go into recently deleted and just restore the meeting. Thanks!

I want to contact isv@zoom.us to ask for the trial version of custCreate for meeting rooms. However, once I sent an email to the email account, the email account doesn't exist. Therefore, I want to know what should I do to contact the team. Thanks very much.

hello guys,
is it possible to generate 1 years ActiveHost report instead of 1 month ?
thanks in advance
I often check Zoom versions and update our fleet (3000+) Mac. Yesterday, I see 5.10.1 so I grab it and scope it out via our MDM. 1. This morning I get a message in Zoom that I need the proper version for my device, an M1 Mac. Or something to that effect. I was on 5.10.1. But it downloads and installs something. In the end I still am on 5.10.1 2. I checked your redesigned download page and notice a separate link for M1 Macs. So that explains it. I scoped the Intel version, that's why my M1 wanted to update even though the version was correct. I rescoped my policy with the M1 version, not thinking it through. 2. By late morning, our helpdesk had received many complaints about Zoom not working. On Intel Macs the app was invalid. Fortunately, the previous version was still available in a Self Service portal and users could get it working by backing off the update. So, why? If Zoom is universal, why can't it work for both architectures? Progress here is a step back. Unless I am missing something, we will have to now run two policies for each platform. Thoughts? Thanks!

Hi, this is a new issue that wasn't occuring maybe 4 hours ago. Suddenly, none of my Cloud Recordings will playback. I've been trying several of them over the last hour and the error I'm getting is "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." Anyone else seeing this?

I have restarted and updated, my laptop, I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, and done everything I can that has been written about to get zoom to work on my laptop. I cannot get a connection to any meetings. It works perfectly fine on my phone. As a student, I NEED zoom to work. I'm not sure what else to do here. It also won't let me update the zoom app. It just says check version failed.

Hello, For the past few weeks, I've been having trouble with my Zoom account showing all of the meetings that I've scheduled. I only make my appointments through Zoom on my laptop (although I have the option of doing it via my email account). It does not matter when I make the appointment, whenever I go back to double check that all of my scheduled Zooms are showing, at least 1 or 2 are missing. This causes major problems for me when it's time to start a call because I'm then trying to send out a new link and sometimes, they do not get them in time so we have to schedule a phone call instead. Here are some details that may help to solve my issue: Zoom account - free Laptop - Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Machine specs - Intel(R) Pentium(R) Silver N5030 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz I'm not sure what other details may be needed, but I hope this helps and someone can assist with resolving the problem since I'm unable to speak to a live person. Thank you in advance

Buonasera, mi piacerebbe far compilare ai miei invitate alle riunioni zoom, prima che clicchino sul mio link, un modulo con alcuni dati tipo " e "mail "e ospite di". E' possibile? potreste aiutarmi a capire come si fa?
For the last week, Zoom has stopped working on my Mac. Uninstall/reinstall (including installing today's new version) does not help. It is *not* an issue with my network router -- that is working fine. But trying to log in to the app, or launch a meeting off a calendar invite, just says: "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again".
