I need help with this error please! (I tried creating a ticket but the response from zoom was that they are not receiving any tickets at this moment)

I am trying to log into zoom on a new apple silicon MacBook air. I downloaded both the intel and silicon version of the zoom client but when I try to authenticate with google (As I used to do in my last computer) I get the following error:

"You cannot sign into zoom using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instruction"

I've tried:

- different browsers with no different result

- the silicon  and intel versions of the zoom client with no different result

- I'm able to able to authenticate the same way in my iPad and Mobile Android phone with no problems

- I can't even authenticate with my personal account (which is not tied to any company)

- I can authenticate normally in my pc using the windows client both in my company account and personal account

- My account is managed by my company and no changes were made in permissions for the company account

Paid account blocked with no explanation (Referencing ticket # 14358470)

Anyone else experiencing this crazy behavior from zoom? My paid account has been blocked for more than 2 weeks with 0 explanations given other than violations of terms of service. I've already had an incorrectly reported violation by a host reversed 2 weeks prior to that and I can't believe I have to go through this again. 

 

I run a small consulting firm and I have multiple team members depending on this account and I think I'm still being charged for this. Isn't this a violation of some type of customer protections rules in California? Charging someone for services that you are not delivering? Anyone with any experience dealing with this?

Hello, I have a peculiar problem I can't find info about online. It's seemingly simple but I can't find a clear reason why and I was wondering if others had that as well?
I have a user who, when trying to join meeting, have to wait between 1 to 5 minutes of loading before zoom finally open. No indications it's loading, no messages or anything. Just open the email, click on the meeting link and then nothing for like 5 minutes.
He is on Windows 11, figure that might be the case but it was working fine until few days ago. Updates are up to speed, Zoom was reinstalled clean. Any help or similar expereince would be useful, thanks !

Share screen via iPad from Pc ask for a airplay code

So I’m on a zoom in a breakout room and I click share screen . Then, I click iPad/iPhone. I follow the instructions on screen then when I hit the AirPlay it asks for a code. No code pops up on screen so I’m so confused.

Hello. I am a licensed user who will be setting up meetings that require recording and wait room settings. My colleague, who is an unlicensed user will be managing these meetings so I had planned to schedule the meeting, login and then assign them as host and leave the meeting. Will they continue to have all the same functions as I would have as a licensed user (i.e. wait room, recording, share screens etc) once I leave the meeting?

  1. toda vez que vou em Configurações
  2. depois clico no COMPARTILHAR TELA
  3. e depois clico em Habilitar o CONTROLE REMOTO PARA TODOS OS APLICATIVOS ( o zoom não me deixa)

o que pode ser que não estou mais conseguindo ter acesso as maquinas dos meus alunos?

When I click Account Management there is no option for Account Settings so obviously I can not go further an click recording (as the robot suggested)? 

 

I like to record in advance just to see how it works, but I don't even have a recording tab despite all information -just click the recording tab- but if there is no recording tab to click on!

 

So what's wrong with my account?
