Can I add someone to my Pro Account, enable them to schedule and run meetings?

Can I add someone to my Pro Account, enable them to schedule and run meetings?  Especially for meetings I dont need to be at.  Sometimes I would need to run my own meeting at the same time.  Is this possible?
