Meeting participants did not receive a confirmation mail

My meeting has a registration link which when clicked on says ‘Meeting Registration Approved’, but it doesn’t send a confirmation mail or shows them as registered participants. Please help.

    Hello - I am having the same issue.  Some people used to receive the confirmation link, and no longer receive it. Please advise.
