It seems the iPad running iOS 15.6 Beta is not recognized as iPad device and may be considered as a laptop.

So far I used to be able to login from my laptop as well as on my iPad simultaneously) to share screens from those devices as needed.

Today my iPad got updated with iOS 15.6 beta (I am part of Beta program) and once I login to either of the devices and try to login from the other one, it says 'another meeting is in progress; and needs to be ended, If I select OK, it kicks me out of the first device.

However, when I login from the phone, i am able to login with that additional device.

I understand 15.6 is not Public yet but wanted to give a heads up in case Zoom tech support needs to be prepared as login to multiple devices is an important feature.

Best,

We have monthly team meetings, and I want them to appear in the Zoom calendar for everyone. I can't figure out how to add one meeting to the Zoom calendar for several individuals. This seems like something that should be easy and I must just be missing something obvious. Any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi all,

For some days, my customer is unable to log into Zoom. Behavior is quite odd since zoom.us can not even be accessed from Chrome, Chromium or Edge. Digicert certificate is claimed to be invalid.

What is even weirder is that zoom.us can be accessed with no certificate error from Firefox and Internet Explorer!

Expiration date and other details are all good.

Those have been tried :

Disabled Firewall and antivirus (Kaspersky)

Disabled all sorts of VPN

Made sure no proxy was actually configured

Reset TCP/IP stack

Tracert seems ok

Reset modem

Tested many other websites on said computer, everything is fine

Tested zoom.us from an other network using said computers, all goo

Tested zoom.us from an  other computer hooked up to the same Internet provider; everything is fine

Removed every menions of zoom.us from the registry

Checked host and lmhost files in system32

Im running out of imagination here; anyone up to the challenge? 🙂

Thanks you

Require older MSI versions of Cloud Meeting

Hello we need to deploy an older zoom version through SCCM. I can get the latest version on the "Download for Admins" but I need the older version 5.10.0.

Where can I get older MSI versions?

Cheers,

Break out rooms - tech issues

During a zoom meeting, is there any way for the host to control / or to be aware of sound or tech issues that are happening just in breakout rooms if the host is not in that room?

Tengo cuenta Pro y cumplo los requisitos para tener HD y mis videos se graban a 640x360. Qué puedo hacer? Me dicen que tengo que comunicarme con soporte y por el menú es inaccesible. Gracias.

Hi all, I have been tasked with deploying the update "zoom cloud meetings 10.5.0" (not the latest version) with SCCM.

Problem is, it's an exe (I know how to convert to msi) but when I launch the package update it launches a popup after install asking if user wants to get auto updates.

As this should be an automated package without user intervention (background task), I am wondering how IT staff deploy updates through SCCM in silent mode.

Any input would be highly appreciated 🙂

I have a recurring meeting of 4 total. I'm in the US, one is from India.

One of the people in the US has slow internet of 7 Mbps.

Randomly, one of the guys will suddenly not be able to talk and has to log off and log back on.

I'm going to try making the meeting a webinar, but what is going on here?

Is there a better way to fix this?
