Good Morning Zoom Community! I have a reoccurring meeting tomorrow. My zoom link is on the meeting invite but I am not the organizer of the event. I looked in my upcoming meetings section to upload the CSV of our breakout rooms but I do not see the event on the list. What is the best way to get my meeting to appear in my upcoming meeting so I can upload the breakout room CSV? Vanessa

I have experienced this a couple of times. Allow participants to choose room or Breakout rooms close automatically after ___ minutes prior to opening the rooms then either open the rooms some 5 to 10 minutes after setting the information only to find out the Rooms are not open for the participants to choose or the times reverted to the initial time that was set. If I remember to recheck the Options prior to opening the rooms I am able to correct the setting before opening the rooms Is there a way to avoid this from happening Thank you Stephen
I have either ticked the box;

Any issue when migrating to the enhanced API connector with One Button to Join feature on my legacy cisco rooms?
Also noticed the Virtual Controller is missing from rooms under the enhanced feature. Was it moved?
I am unable to join a meeting after many attempts and receive an error message with error code 69 telling me that I need to enable End to end encryption to join the meeting. (Attached) E2EE was already enabled on my advanced settings so I disabled it then re-enabled it which required a verification SMS sent to my phone number. This did not solve the problem. I am able to host meetings and join other meetings but not this one. Please advise. Thanks

I am trying to set up closed captioning for a meeting on zoom but the instructions mention account management and such on "settings" but this does not appear. I really need to sort this out but I have no idea if it is on or not. Under accessibility it appears to be "on" but I have no idea how to test it? Do people who need closed captioning have something that will let them access it on zoom or would everyone see it? If it is everyone then it must not be on. I am technically not astute at all so forgive the stupidity of this question. Thank you

On a free plan, when the timer reaches 40 min and the meeting is abruptly ended by Zoom, the application freezes and has to be force-quit on macOS Monterey 12.4 (Zoom client 5.10.6 (7526))
Hello, is there tried and tested procedure for preventing any unwanted interruptions during a meeting, without having to lock the meeting. I want people to be able to enter the meeting anytime they want (no waiting room) and even leave anytime they want, but NOT interrupt in any way a powerpoint presentation that I will be giving. I need assurance that the act of people coming and going will not remove the focus of my mouse slide advance - I'm using a Kensington wireless clicker. And of course I need no have zero noise from participants and I don't want anyone else picture from appearing over mine. My current thinking is: Spotlight for Everyone, Mute All, Mute All Upon Entry and untick 'Allow Participants to Unmute Themselves'. Is this correct or is there a better way, have I left anything out? Thank you in advance!

Hi there, For the last two years that I've been on Zoom (though the college where I teach), participants have been able to join before me. As of a couple of days ago, that's no longer the case. I've gone through settings and it would seem they should be able, but everyone has to go through the waiting room now. Has this happened to anyone else? I like my students to be there before I'm there so they can chat among themselves. Any help will be appreciated. Barbara

Hello! Found two issues with all 5.10.x clients, up to the currenly available one, that is 5.10.4: Currently, I was able to have it running again by downgrading to 5.9.6. Btw, the documentation (such as Release notes for Linux page) should also inform users how to downgrade in such cases, instead of having to keep searching for an answer in the wild or this community (I used wget https://zoom.us/client/5.9.6.2225/zoom_amd64.deb -O zoom_amd64_5.9.6.2225.deb). Any advice? Next 5.10.(.5?) release would solve this? Thanks, MariusContext
