Now, neither meeting recording file is available in local documents, not the cloud. Please help me in getting that back. It is important.

However, I can hear the audio of the video shared by the other party. And The test voice can be heard without any problem.

ただし、相手が共有している動画の音声は聞こえますし、テスト音声も問題なく聞こえます。

Sound driver seems to be fine (other web conferencing is fine)

サウンドのドライバに問題はないと考えられます。(他のWeb会議は問題ないため)

I use Zoom for guitar lessons. I got a new HP Envy laptop with Win11. It aggressively eliminates my guitar and any background music when I use the built-in microphone. I have tried every combination of audio settings in zoom, original audio on, low noise suppression, echo cancellation. Nothing works! I can hear my guitar in other programs like Meet. I was also able to hear in Zoom with an external microphone.

Hi there,

We are creating Zoom meetings on behalf of our clients, whose Zoom account is not under our Zoom account.

We want to enable the waiting room feature, but this will prevent our client to join the Zoom meeting. So the current process is: Create a meeting with waiting room off -> client join the meeting -> client claim host using host key -> client enable waiting room.

We want to shorten this process, making our client host the meeting and enable the waiting room after creating the meeting, so our client can join and no need to do anything.

The alternative host does not suit our case as it can only assign to Zoom users within our account.

We noticed that you can assign the host role to any participant within the meeting, can this be achieved via API? If yes it can solve our problems.

Thanks!

Hi, I manage a business account and I need to configure my settings so that 10 of my Basic users can host calls throughout the day independent of each other and often times at the same time. Each of them will be meeting with clients and need to be able to do so privately.

My questions are:

  1. How many Basic Users are allowed on a Business account?
  2. Can each Basic User be on their own 1:1 call at the same time without interfering with each other? and,
  3. Can the account owner schedule their meetings or does it have to be them?

I saw some great and thorough answers by a few users so tagging you here as I need a response urgently, thank you in advance! @vescamilla @Ray_Harwood

Hello,

I can't find out why my headphones volume controls are working fine in every app in my new Windows 11, but in zoom the volume is only 100%. In the settings of zoom I've tried to lower it and I keep listening 100%, if I lower the volume from the headphones nothing happens, if I lower from the laptop it can be to zero for the Windows apps, but I keep hearing 100% in zoom. I have updated the drivers, tried troubleshooting, but I didn't figure it out yet. Please help...

In a Zoom session (hosted by someone else) when sound output was configured to use the HDMI connection to my monitor the sound was OK, but when it was configured to use the headphone output (with a connection from there to my hi-fi system) only the louder sounds came through. It resembled the situation when Zoom is filtering the input from one’s own microphone with Original Sound off, but this was with sound from other participants (more than one of them) and only when using the headphone output.

This was with Zoom 5.9.3,  Windows 10 Home Version 21H2

I can update my Zoom version but can't easily test whether that will make any difference.
