Мы участникам отправляем письмо, где нажав на кнопку "Принять участие", они по ссылке присоединяются к встрече. Но у многих проблемы с доступом. Так как у многих спрашивают идентификатор и код доступа. Как решить проблему в данном случае?

on my Lenovo B50-70 with Win10 21H1, my Video keeps "black" in every Zoom Session and in my own preview.

The camera is working fine with every other program.

I already checked:

  • drivers
  • Windows Updates
  • uninstalled Zoom, and installed the newest Version after a reboot.
  • privacy settings

I also tried this:

Has anybody a 
similar problem or a solution for that?

My boss and I want two emails when we book meetings between the two of us. So when I book a meeting, a notification gets sent to my work email, however she would like an email also. Is there an option for this? It works on her  side (when she books, a notification immediately works on her end and gets sent to my email but it does not work on my side). Help appreciated 🙂

I just finished with configuring Zoom for virtual learning in our LMS Successfactor. Now when setting up a class, an instructor would receive an URL link to start the class but learner only receive one confirmation email of registration but not the URL to join the class. Could you advise?

Zoom Meeting Connector disappear

We have been subscribed to an enterprise zoom

In accordance to our organization policy, we need to build an on premise or in this case zoom hybrid (Meeting Connector and Recording Connector) that allows us to have meeting server under our own network environment

We have built it last year and run it (running well). But then just recently, we encountered problem in our DC that forcing us to rebuild the Meeting Connector and Recording Connector.

In the process of rebuilding the Meeting Connector and Recording Connector,  we could not find the Meeting Connector tab under the Admin Panel > Advanced to allowed us to download the image file and obtained the token,
and also the on premise user type is being disabled (in the user management panel)

 

Based on the zoom release note for February  27, 2022
Zoom has disable the meeting connector for all new users but will not impact who already deployed it

 

So basically we can call it an accidental matter

 

We would like to  ask for the Zoom team to activate the function or feature of Meeting Connector so that we could continue the setup

Is there a way to get some webinar-like results using the most economical meeting plan?

 

We are an HOA association and we are contemplating using Zoom Meetings for our Trustee meetings in a way that the residents can observe and remain muted.

 

Ideally, I would like two invitation links… one that forces muting for the residents and one for the Trustees that does not.   However, it looks like a meeting can be setup in a way that everyone or noone get the extra permission-to-unmute question popup upon entering the meeting.  Am I interpreting that correctly?     

 

 I would like that the Trustee host doesn't have to specifically unmute the other trustees.    I would also like that the audience members joining the meetings do not distract from the meeting. 

 

Oh, and the Trustees will sometimes be in a conference room.  We can dedicate one laptop to the "room".   

 

p.s. newbie… have only used Zoom as an attendee.

Hello. I have a free account with Zoom but have never used it for anything except attending a couple of meetings. A friend of mine in Colombia is wanting me to teach her English online. Would this basic service work for that? Is there a time or frequency limit as to how often we could have lessons through Zoom? I don't really even know what other questions I need to ask. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Large meeting capacity

I have a 500 meeting licence however over 2,000 people have registered for the meeting.

 

Does anyone know if all of the participants will be able to join the meeting? I'm not worried about breakout rooms. I won't need to use them.

I've been using Zoom throughout the pandemic 1:1 30m-60m. I've never had the 40m time limit trigger secondary to no more than 1 participant a time. 

During my last 2 meetings the time limit triggered and ended the meeting at 40m. I was in a 1:1 meeting and no one entered waiting room, etc. 

Is there something new that was set this month on 40m time limit regardless of participants?

Since severals days, the screen sharing doesn't work anymore on my computer. Either i have the following message "sharing screen is not allowed", either i can do it but no one in the meeting see my screen. 

I have a premium account, and everything was working well before. 

If someone could help me that would be great.
