Hi, I paid for the "Pro" account. I read the explanation of "Using Group HD video" and found the following. --------------------------------------- "Standard HD (720p) --------------------------------------- How can I activate "HD (720p)"?
Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
Setting must be enabled by Zoom Support for 720p for the Pro account"

There is a need for a Zoom function that combines webinar and meeting features for "Town Hall" or "Public Forum" events. Context: we run public Town board meetings where anyone can attend. Therefore, we cannot require Zoom accounts or pre-registrations for participants. Anyone should be able to click the link and be in the waiting room just as they can walk into Town Hall. However, because of this openness we are prone to Zoombombers or just the unsuspecting noisy citizen that doesn't realize their microphone is on. - Ability for webinar attendees to see the participant list. Why can't the webinar creator choose in settings if they want the list to be public or private? Some town hall meetings are better suited for the Webinar style with panelists, but the attendees should be able to see who else is "in the meeting hall." -
- Create two categories of participant: cleared and flagged. For example, people the host recognizes can have ability to unmute/video-on but people you don't know or are concerned might be a Zoom-bomber can't. Currently, the meeting security feature toolbar is all or nothing: either everyone can unmute/video-on or no one can. Same for screenshare. Think if this like TSA pre-check. Right now the only option would be to make them a co-host but that is not appropriate for a citizen attending a meeting.

I and my friends have been having a problem: Whenever we are on Windows, Mac, or Linux devices we can view Shared Screens fine, but the new PWA Zoom Client for Chrome OS is having some problems in the sense that Shared Screens appear as black screens. Is anyone else on the PWA having this problem?

Hi
I would like to integrate my calendar with Zoom but we limit exchange access to Canadian IP addresses only.
But we can make exceptions. Is there a list of IP addresses that Zoom uses to access exchange?
I recorded a meeting, saved it to my hard drive. (I was not the host but was requested to record.) Found the file which now required converting. I converted the file. Newly converted file captured the first and last few minutes of the meeting (I think) in superfast motion. We all sound like chipmunks. Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

As of a week or two ago, I'm not able to leave meetings by the leave button nor by quitting the program. The only way to get out is to End Task from the task manager. This problem remains even after restarting my laptop. Clicking the Leave button doesn't pop up the dialogue box to leave (I do see a quick flash of it briefly sometimes), and choosing to quit the program from the taskbar doesn't seem to do much of anything. Hoping to get to the bottom of this. TIA.

I've been doing free Zoom for 2 years with a group of friends across the country. Wanting to move past the 40 min restriction, we agreed to sign up for Zoom Pro...with me being the licensee. What I didn't realize would come of that is that I am now the one responsible for ending the meetings...which is not good, as I at times need to sign off before the rest of the group. Is there a way to give authority to other members of my group to do that?

How come I could before had a free meeting for more than 40 minutes and now anymore? It should be left this way, that was the main reason I still used this app because you could record and use the class for more than 40 minutes, it feels useless using it this way, I could better go to another app
