when my video is off, I used to see my photo.  Now, it is only my name.   How do I get the photo to come back?

Hi @PatC, welcome to the Zoom community! Are you using the latest version of Zoom? I would recommend either uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app or logging out and then logging back in to see if your picture shows up now.
