How to contact support in order to purchase? I tried to subscribe for a plan and it said: "You don't have the right to enjoy this offer". So as a result, I can't pay for a monthly plan. So I tried to contact support, but it doesn't work. No one can answer to my request. Does anyone knows what to do? Thanks

My video is not displaying. When I first signed up on this new device last week it worked now it is not. Can you please help. thanks!
I'm not able to access a shared recording, but the problem just started. When I clicked on the link the first few times, I was brought to a page where I can add the passcode and access the recording. Now when I click on the link, I'm just brought to my Zoom homepage. Any suggestions?

Can I save the contents transcribed with real-time translation subtitles as they are?
When entering custom registration questions, why is there no option for multiple answers for a meeting (not webinar)? There are only "Short Answer" and "Single Answer." Can a "Multiple Answer" option be added? Seems essential to me, and strange not to be there already. I have several questions that are of the "check all that apply" variety, but that doesn't work with single answer question types. See my attached screen grab. The Multiple Answer option is conspicuously absent. (It would fit beautifully in the empty space. 😉) Thanks!

Hi - I usually record locally, but today chose to record to the cloud. I'm not finding it anywhere in my account....
i recorded my meeting to the cloud as usual today and it still shows as processing after 8 hours. I have paid account.
I programmed a recurring meeting in the APP, and it shows in it, as well as in my sincronized calendar, but It doesn't show either in the website nor on the computer APP. I've refreshed many times; logged out and logged back again, Reinstalled the apps, but I still can't see it.

I am an administrator for our club's Zoom account. sometimes when I create a meeting (or make a change to the meeting), an automated email goes out to some of the members of the club letting them know about the zoom meeting. However, I have not enabled anything to send those notices (that I'm aware of) and it doesn't necessarily go to the correct group for that specific meeting. Is there something I can do to disable this feature?
