I just purchased a Logitech C920 webcam to use with an external monitor for my Windows 11 laptop. The video works great, but the microphone isn't working. Zoom detects the webcam microphone and will use it as its audio source, but the result is silent. This is true both using the Test Microphone function in Settings as well as in a meeting. The webcam microphone works fine with the Windows Sound Recorder app, so it's not a hardware issue. Any suggestions for how to make it work in Zoom?

you need to enable annotation.  admin->account settings->meeting->Annotation please see attached screen shots.

Gallery view not working

I have an enterprise account with Zoom and am trying to figure out how to enable the translation of auto captions in a meeting. I've enabled all the items on my account, but the language option does not appear in the cc options in the meeting.

Resolved! Transcription Saving

Hi folks,

 

Does anyone know if Zoom saves the transcriptions of a meeting for non-recorded meetings? We are hoping to turn on transcriptions for confidential meetings but we do not want a record of the transcription to be saved anywhere.

Email invites not showing my saved global dial-ins

I am trying to resolve an issue where the saved global dial-ins (Canada, US, UK, Croatia) are not showing up in my meeting/email invites. Its only showing my local UK numbers. Any thoughts

Upgrading from Pro to Business for a project pilot

I run a consultancy and need to extend my current Zoom Pro to Business to pilot a project. I only have one licence and I don't need more than one but the Business plan has 10 licences minimum. This is OTT for me as a small business.

I am wondering if one can add 2 zoom ids to a single outlook inbox as an add on?

 
Say I have one pro id: let’s call it Badri1 and I create another Badri2. Is it possible to add both ids : Badri1 and Badri2 as add ons to the same outlook inbox?

Wrong meeting password

When I join a meeting through a browser, the password is correct, whereas in the app it displays an incorrect password.
