hello there I tried many times but there is no option for virtual background first I will tell my phone name - android but I searched in google that if you uptade you will get the background option but I don't know where is the upgrade option so can you tell .

Hello, I don't understand why I can't change my name during a meeting while the other participants can. I don't have access to the button "rename" and I didn't have this problem a month ago. I tried to reinstall zoom but the problem is still there Thank you

Iam receiving an error code 3160 when I try to log on to a meeting. How can I correct this?
One of my employees is having an issue with Zoom not starting. Restarting the program/pc and reinstalling did not work. I am unable to find this error code anywhere online.

I can't record a zoom meeting. I try to click the "record" button but it always opens a "settings" window and I can never record!!! Please help me
This morning, I was unable to log in to Zoom for a scheduled appointment with one of my doctors. I kept getting an error message: Timeout Or Wrong Configuration Default host not configured or timeout,please try again 408 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_436de8d510f3de3c This was done through Patient Gateway, the hospital's patient portal. The doctor tried to send me a regular Zoom link but wasn't able to do that, either, so we ended up talking on FaceTime.
Was your network down this morning, or can you tell if it was a problem with the hospital's network or Zoom interface?

Hey, i got a problem with my zoom client:
Everytime i start it up, it crashes caused by an unexspected error. The dump file says that it is caused by an access violation error in quartz.dll.
