Recently during a Zoom session, when I turn off my video a small white square appears instead of the black background with my sign on name. Any solution would be appreciated

Hi, Thanks.
I wanted to know if it's possible to have the company domain prefilled on the desktop app when a user selects SSO as the sign in method.
Basically, we're looking for the app to have our company domain already there so the user doesn't have to enter it themselves.
Has anyone successfully done this, perhaps with a customized app package? We're using Windows 10 endpoints.

So, I see a doctor (therapist) on zoom. She sends me a texted link to join her session on zoom. Here’s the issue: I started using a Facebook Portal camera on my TV. When the text arrives on my phone, I can’t open the meeting on the TV. Is the meeting ID part of the text so I can put it into the Facebook Portal Zoom? Or is her personal link name somewhere in the text? I don’t know if this makes sense. Thank you to anyone who knows the answer!

Is it possible to get a one-time meeting with 300 or more capacity with my Pro account?
A few weeks ago I lost the ability to use my mic when using Zoom. I can still hear everything, just can't talk. The mic works in other apps and in the advanced settings within Zoom. However, when I attempt to test and use my audio when in a meeting, it doesn't connect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom client multiple times and I am now running 5.11.5. I have updated my OS to Big Sur 11.6.8 on my older mac and am running Monterey 12.5 on a brand new MacBook Air that just came home today. I've restarted everything multiple times and tried every audio source available on my computers and Zoom will not work properly on either computer. Does anyone have any recommendations or fixes for this problem?

We use a PWA link within an SSO LTI for students to access their teacher's meetings. Currently we have had reports of some students sitting in the waiting room, even after the meeting has started and others who hop into the room, but then are "dropped" out after 3-5 minutes. The current process to "fix" this is to have students clear the cache on their Chromebooks and re-enter via the SSO and LTI process we have in place. Is there a way to test where the failure is occuring? I am unsure if it's the device or possibly the district's network. Has anyone else had experience with similar issues? Thanks in advance!

Hi
Iam looking for an option that it is posibble on cloud recording

is their an app for that ?
Thank you
Hi, I have a Pro acct and have setup and launched polls successfully. Our meeting has the host and co-hosts sign in a few ways. Most join by using the same ID and password and are automatically co-hosts. Other join with their personal accounts and are made host or co-hosts. I'm not always host. All hosts and co-hosts are able to see the icon in their toolbars but one ? person is able to launch it as all? of the others get a message in red they're signed in elsewhere? or on another device? This is working the way it's intended, no doubt. I'd just like to know how it is determined who has the launch access? Is it the person who signed in last with the user ID? or the last person made co-host? I just ask all co-hosts and host to see who can launch it and it does, but would like to find out who has the power beforehand. thank you. Jeff

Zoom just emailed me to inform me that I needed to change my password. I changed it, then opened a new meeting. I attempted to open my contact list to invite people, and I cannot find my contact list anywhere. All I get is the option to invite people individually by emailing them. Where can I find my contact list? I really need it!
