While we have a band session trainnig meeting in zoom. 

Frequently, There's a sound crushing problem when talking and playing. when I lecturing at room the sound of student's guitar also has to be listened, but because of my voice student's sound can't hear fluently. 

what i want is listen both sounds in lecture. 
how can i solve this problem?

changing an occurrence within a series

Hi, I'm having trouble when I move an occurence of a meeting that is part of a series....the Zoom link is corrupt. Meaning, that when I check on the Mtg ID after I have moved the occurence -- and check the settings it will say " add zoom". Any sugges... Show more

Hi, I'm having trouble when I move an occurence of a meeting that is part of a series....the Zoom link is corrupt.  Meaning, that when I check on the Mtg ID after I have moved the occurence -- and check the settings it will say " add zoom".  

 

Any suggestions on what to do here?

I gave permission to the one hosting regular meetings to have the ability to change my name. I would like to take this back, as they have changed my name to a name I would rather not have. How do I get back my control of changing my own name without ... Show more

I gave permission to the one hosting regular meetings to have the ability to change my name. I would like to take this back, as they have changed my name to a name I would rather not have. How do I get back my control of changing my own name without them doing this remotely?

 

I have asked them to change my name on their screen, but they haven't done so. So, to exert more control on my ability to change my own name, please give me directions as to how to do this.

version change

I updated zoom on one of our machines and pulled up a link to launch a meeting. When I launch the meeting it is still showing to be in the old version prior to the upgrade? I verified that the upgrade did take place because the desktop shortcut bring... Show more

I updated zoom on one of our machines and pulled up a link to launch a meeting. When I launch the meeting it is still showing to be in the old version prior to the upgrade? I verified that the upgrade did take place because the desktop shortcut brings up the updated version.

Facebook Live, PiP of Talking College using iPad not shown picture, but show the last College talked

I stream Zoom to Facebook Live. I've found the problem of College talking not shown in PiP but the last College talked instead. He/She use iPad for share their screen during talking. Anyway to fix this?

Bounced Email for new account invitees

When setting up a new user for my organization, I created their Zoom Account before their email account had been configured. When I sent the invitation, of course, it bounced. Once I had created the user's email account 

they were still unable to receive an email despite my repeated attempts to resend the invitation.

 

Finally I contacted the Zoom helpdesk who told me the email account had been blocked on their end due to the 

initial bounce. As a Zoom Admin I would like to be able to see if a user's email has been blocked by Zoom.

User Management but no More ... icon

I want to delete (and replace) a User however some Users in User Management do NOT have the ... "More" icon!?  Also there is no delete tab at the top of the list to delete multiple Users??

Hi All,

I planned a (test) meeting with the possibility to get registered attendees. Why can't go direct to the list of registered people once choosing the meeting? I have to click on "editing" and once it is saved (without any changes), only after that steps the options "registration" , email  settings" and "branding" getting visible?
