Hi, I have a 2h recording I would like to share. Ive cut off the last 30 seconds from the recording. If I send the cropped recording out can they 'uncrop' and listen to the last 30 seconds?

Today, 1 of 5 participants in a meeting I hosted was blacked out, with only his name appearing. I'm certain his webcam worked fine as he just came off of 3 previous meetings. He's been on dozens of my meetings, and I've never had this issue with him or anyone else. Is there some setting causing this? (And yes, he "started video" on his screen, attesting that the red slash had disappeared.) Suggestions?

Never happened to me before but today whenever I try to broadcast my iPhone during a Zoom meeting it shows up as a black screen. What’s up with that? How do I fix? TIA
Hello I have the 16-inch MBPro, M1 Pro. I use a green screen for virtual backgrounds in the Zoom client. I have been having a difficult time getting this to “stick” during Zoom sessions; I will establish a background and then once I return to the Zoom session it just shows my green screen. So I have to do this a couple times to get it stay, usually helps to toggle on and off “I have a green screen.” I made sure I downloaded the Apple Silicon Zoom client, at least as far as I can tell. Anyone else having this problem, and any suggestions?

How can I get sound on Zoom for a DVD player? I can hear and see what is playing, but my guests cannot hear any sound. I don't know how to make it work for my guests. Any suggestions?
We have connected our Zoom client to our professional audio system, where we feed multiple channels of audio (8 channels). However, the remote participants can hear all channels of audio "downmixed" into the Left and Right audio channels in Zoom, including alternate language translations, LTC time code, etc. We have Original Audio turned on, as well as Hi Fidelity, and Stereo audio mode. How do we get zoom to only pass the stereo L/R channels into the meeting and not downmix all of the other channels as well?

Starting March 1, 2022, you may notice some changes in the way you can report on your meetings and webinars. Zoom will remove email addresses for users flagged as guests from Account Reports, Dashboards, and Zoom REST APIs unless they meet certain conditions. Please note, email addresses of users on your own account will continue to be shared with your organization for reporting, as usual. Please review FAQ on the upcoming changes from Zoom Support here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4416109814541-March-2022-FAQ-on-reporting-changes

Good morning. For a couple of months I have been following regularly, every day, meetings organized by another user, to join, I use a link that was sent to me via email. This mechanic is beginning to be uncomfortable for me, is there no way to save the meeting in the Zoom application, without going every time to look for my email?
Thanks, have a good day

Hi everyone, Question but let me first describe my monitor setup. I have my laptop monitor as Monitor1 I have a 2nd monitor, in portrait mode to the left of Monitor1 - we will call it monitor2 I have a 3rd monitor, a 32" widescreen, directly above Monitor1 - e will call it monitor3 OK, here we go - lol. I fire up my Zoom meeting and my attendees join ... this main Zoom console is on Monitor1. When I share an app, say a Word doc, and the Word doc is located on Monitor3 ... as soon as the doc becomes active (green bordered) the attendees (Zoom console) are thrown over to Monitor2 and that make me have to look off to the left to see them. QUESTION IS ... how do I prohibit the Zoom console from bouncing from Monitor1 to Monitor2 when I share something (i.e. an app, desktop, etc.). Thanks in advance!
