Other person did sharing scree that become background screen from PPT.

And other person did cloud recording.

I cheked record movie. Recording has been success.

But That movie isn't "sharing scree that become background screen from PPT."

It is normal share screen with talking person's window.

Can I record "sharing scree that become background screen from PPT" on cloud recording.

Mon micro et ma camera sont non fonctionnels sur zoom alors qu'ils fonctionnent sur d'autres plateformes. J'ai déjà réinstallé zoom, essayer avec Chrome/Edge, revu mes paramètres de confidentialités, etc. 

Avez-vous une idée de ce qui pourrait expliquer ce disfonctionnement ?

I have a separate Zoom account I use for work. I have 2FA using an app, however the app was on my mobile phone which is broken. I can't access the authentication app or any recovery codes. Bolt is completely useless since everything it suggests requires sign in and i end up in a loop. How can I access my account to reset my 2FA? Thanks!

I created a Zoom meeting with a registration invite link, but now am aware that I am actually going to be absent on the date of the meeting (it is a workshop). How do I fully transfer ownership of the meeting, registration editing/viewing and all, to my coworker? The main thing I'm concerned about is that my coworker is going to want to see who registered/signed up for the workshop prior to the workshop starting (so that we can compare registrants versus actual attendees). Can anyone help?

Hello, I have added a new zoom room (76 total) and when I add the calendar service and email address I get this message: "This calendar resource is no longer available in the calendar service."  What do I need to do in Office365 or Zoom to get the calendar to sync and display in this Zoom Room?  I have no issues with my other zoom room calendars displaying correctly.  Pic attached. This is just a nuisance - but as you can see on attached document, I attempted to delete the recording from a meeting last August. Not sure how this happened, but as shown in the attached screen shot, the recording has been 'stuck' in the delete process since that time - almost a year. I'm guessing I refreshed my browser while it was deleting. Any ideas appreciated. I'm currently thinking about asking our org to turn off the 'record in cloud' feature, to see if that does anything. Thanks!

I am doing research interviews on Zoom. the live subtitles and transcription are really useful. However, I need to transcribe multiple languages of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. I know Zoom can only detect one language by setting. I spent hours to do the research  but find nothing. 

I found this https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/6643177746829-Viewing-captions-in-another-language, but it does not work in practice as there is no "Speaking Language: English" menu to select the appropriate language the captions should be generated from.

I saw Zoom supports multiple languages in other functions but i could not find how to switch the transcription/caption language. anyone can help? Thank you!

Changing the speaking language for captions

If the speaker is presenting in another language, you can change the language the captions are generated from. By default, English is set as the speaking language the captions are generated from. If the presentation you are viewing is in another language, for example French, you can change input language so that captions are generated more accurately in French.

1. Next to the Show Captions button, click the 
    

    

    button.
2. Click the Speaking Language: English menu and select the appropriate language the captions should be generated from.
   Once selected, captions will be generated based on the language chosen.

Notes:

• This only changes the language the captions should be generated from. This does not provide a translation into another language other than what the presenter is speaking.
• Choice of Speaking Language will be saved and applied to future meetings
